My Co- driver's choice. Never one of my favorite places to eat. Staff was friendly. Food was hot.
I got here and ordered a number three combo my burger tasted like it was absolutely burnt and like it was cooked two or three... hours ago. The fries were good but the hamburger I couldn?t even eat because it tasted so burnt even a few minutes after eatingit and trying to eat the fries I can still taste that nasty burnt taste when I pulled the hamburger apart and looked at it itlooked as if though the meat was just cooked long before I got there and they threw it together the fries made up for everythingas I was able to eat those but I?m not sure if I?ll ever eat here again and I live just across the highway horrible service wasOK guys seem nice but the burger alone set an impression that I will never eat at Burger King again they either need to cleanthe grill broiler whatever or not cook it so long when I looked at it the edges were just burnt and had a burnt taste horriblyburnt taste never had something like that from Burger King before Read more
It was "TYPICAL" Burger King. Food barley warm, fries cold and limp.(not eatable) Just reminded me why I haven't been to a... Burger King in a LONG time. Will not be back. Young girl at the drive up was very nice. Read more
Waited in line for 12 minutes before they said we have to wait 12 more minutes for them to make the sandwich. Said they couldn't... give us a refund after waiting 25 minutes for our food. That if we wanted our food they can't do anything else. Horriblecustomer service. Unless corrected, I will not be visiting this location anymore. Read more
stopped in on my way through for a couple of impossible whoppers. I've had them in a few other BK's and they're great! However,... as I drove off down the interstate I discovered these tasted BURNT and dry. (Update for upgraded review) The manager respondedthat staff member had apparently used the wrong setting on the broiler and offered to replace the two meals at no charge. Kudos!(I am well aware of staffing issues due to covid and am sure this won't happen very often.) Read more
Christmas Eve, my sister and I stopped at the drive thru. It was 642pm. They closed at 7, the lady said welcome to Burger King,... order when your ready, so I went ahead and started my order..... nothing else came from the speaker! I drove to the window whereeveryone ignored me sitting there and honking my horn. Then the lights all go off! I called the restaurant and the lady saidthey were closed and the message was a recording at the drive thru. It was only 647 when I called... I will Never go back.
