Stood waiting for our food for 35 minutes. We got to watch other employees cut the line and get there food sooner, other... employees standing around doing nothing. No discount offered and as far as we could tell no one else even ordered what weordered. This should not have taken this long! Poor excuse for fast food. Read more

Decent food trashy service, employees were rude af and messed up my ordered even after I repeated it twice
They are good at honoring mug club benefits but I agree with so many that they are horribly slow. The only A&W in town since the... glory days of the Airway A&W on the Beltline near the airport. Our last and only hope to have some nostalgia and Root Beer. ThePandemic era isn't a reason to not get to stepping on the quicker service. Read more
Bought a chicken tender meal. The tenders this location uses have been switched and not for the better. My food was served to... me luke warm at best. The fries had to be thrown out, they weren?t edible due to them being stale. They used to be known fortheir hand breaded tenders but the ones I received tasted like frozen microwave tenders they nuked in the microwave. Verydisappointed and waste of my money. Read more
Love the blended root beer float shake! And the cheese curds were great! Staff were working hard and I appreciated the young man... expediting the orders. He was quick, efficient, and loud enough so you could actually hear what order was up on the counter insuch a busy mall. Read more
Incredibly poor service. I?m not kidding when I say the woman at the counter taking our order said not a single word. Besides... her digging in her ear while I was ordering she couldn?t even tell me the total, she tapped on the card machine to indicate iswas my time to pay. Read more
