My wife and I have been regulars here for almost ten years, ever since we were sixteen. The service is amazing and the... owner/manager seems like a great guy who runs a tight operation. We?ve eaten here a LOT of times, and not once have I evergotten food that wasn?t hot and fresh. The chicken soup is delicious and the mozzarella sticks are out of this world. Where is negative stars when you need it. Ordered chicken parmesan and chicken bryan for delivery, the Parm doesn't come with... any noodles by default, Shame on me for that, I'll chalk that up to not knowing the side choice was literally the side thatalways comes with chicken Parm.... or something else, like what TF else do you think I want with chicken Parm???? My chickenParm was burnt and extremely salty, the broccoli was seasoned and salty, who TF gives broccoli a salty season bath???? Most ofthe chicken went in the trash, see photos. Other chicken, same thing, the chef had to be high out of his mind while making thisfood. The only thing that turned out ok was the mashed potatoes. Biggest waste of money ever. This was my first time dining in at Carrabba?s Italian Grill, and I will say it was surprisingly yummy! I came here because I... saw they had mussels for one of their appetizers and I am always trying to find a place that serves mussels. The mussels weresuper yummy and they actually serve a good amount of them. I also ordered the Chicken Bryan dish with the mashed potato side andit was delicious, especially with my Blackberry sangria drink. I 100% recommend the entree I ordered and the drink, thecomplementary bread and oil + herbs were fantastic as well. The service was great and we only had to wait less than 10 mins tobe seated. I also really liked the vibe of the place, they played relaxing music and it?s not overwhelming. Overall, wonderfuldinner and I would definitely recommend coming here to eat! This was mine and and my wife's first time at Carrabba's. The experience was perfect. The staff was great. Our server, Angus,... did a phenomenal job. My wife got the eggplant parmesan and she really liked it. I got the chicken marsala and it was probablythe best chicken I've ever had. It's a bit pricey, but for Valentine's Day, the price was worth it. Definitely going back. Read more
