My boyfriend and I came here Tuesday around 8PM before going to see a movie. Walked in, every single table was dirty. I?m not... really picky about a few small marks on the table but literally not a single table felt clean enough to set my food on and asyou could expect every worker was just chatting in the back. The girl who actually made the food was friendly, and I was pleasedto see that someone was finally cleaning off tables whilst my boyfriend and I were finishing up ordering. Then we turn around tosit down and eat and turns out the employee that was cleaning the tables was also stacking the chairs and closing down, 2 hoursbefore the restaurant closes??? My boyfriend and I work in food service so we weren?t going to be those people that sit at atable that an employee closed regardless if they probably should have left it open anyways. So we went outside to eat, it was 40degrees outside. Might be a mistake on our behalf but to close down the lobby 2 hours before the restaurant closes, makingcustomers feel like they can?t eat inside is not cool. Worst Chipolte food experience I have ever had. Both burrito bowls we had, my wife and I were swimming in liquid. Rice and... beans were undercooked and off putting. I have never had so much sour cream and cheese on a Chipolte bowl. Both of us hadstuff in our bowls that were not requested, I had fajitas toppings and literally the end of an onion not chopped but whole. Wife had more liquid in hers than mine surprisingly, and chicken added even though that was not the ordered toppings. Notgreat. Gave it 2 stars because food was ready when promised, store was clean. The lady at the cash register is really good at twirling her keys while one dude makes the food and everyone waits in line... forever because he's getting no help. Food was good, but ooh lad there was a lot of salt on that steak. Read more

I ordered pick up. When I arrived the was not a receipt for my order on the bag. It only had my name. So I checked to make... sure the order was correct. When I did, there were no utensils as I ordered and also, there was literally, six pieces of steak,which I opened in front of an employee. They said that is standard. Can you imagine when you used to pay 7.95 for a bowl andnow it?s over ten dollars and you get six pieces of steak even though what you actually paid for was rice and veggies? It?s notworth it to eat out anymore. We are all getting ripped off. The manager acted like they were doing me a favor by adding 6 morepieces of steak. Unreal. Order in person. Perfect, heathy, lunch. I got the chicken burrito bowl, with almost all the toppings and it was such a huge portion! Chicken was... good on the bowl, and the pico de Gallo had an authentic Mexican taste. On the steak tacos, something was extremely spicy, andneeded a few water refills to finish them. Maybe it was the queso that made it spicy? Customer service was good, for rush hourat lunch, had to wait less than 5 minutes. Read more
I sent my wife there for 2 bowls double meat and my rewards was on my phone so I asked her to get a paper receipt to get the... earned points for later.. besides the fact the servers were rude to her they also would not give her receipt indicating that thepaper was out and when she asked how will we get our rewards for all the money we spent yesterday they replied we can?t.. neverhad a bad experience at this place but that day disappointed me and my wife and kinda made us consider not going back????
