Have ever gone to a restaurant and actually been seen? Me either. That is until I came to Core Life in Grand Rapuds on 44th... Street. I came in on a very bad day for me. It was day that I was experiencing deep grief. Due to technical difficulties, theycould only accept cash. The beautiful soul who waited on me saw how close to a meltdown I was and she took great care with me.She allowed me to have a full meal (beautifully and deliciously prepared) and told me to have a better day. I will tell everyoneto eat here. Their food simply could not be better. It is health, delicious, fresh, fast, and even good for the environment! Theplace is clean, well lite, great music, and a fabulous water fall to boot. Thank you for your compassion and wonderful meal! Ihope you get a raise! You are a true asset! Read more

Ordered a Brussels sprout bowl and this is what I got. Not a single Brussels sprout, no onions or peppers that are supposed to... come with and for some reason had burnt sweet potatoes on top. Not even the first time they’ve messed up my order but thefirst time it’s been so bad that I won’t even eat it. Read more

I’m on a very restrictive diet for medical reasons (dairy free, gluten free, sugar free) and this is pretty much the only... “fast” place I feel comfortable getting food. They are extremely transparent with their ingredients and I am confident inthe quality of everything they cook with. They write down any allergies that you might have when ordering and make sure toaccommodate, even changing out gloves. Even my husband, who is a picky eater, loves it here! My favorite bowl is the Spicy Thai. Read more

I order online often, as an experiment I have tipped and I have not tipped. The accuracy and portion of your online orders seems... to be dependent on the amount you tip. It appears as if an hourly rate is not satisfactory for the employees to do the minimumtask at hand. The tip amount and total are on the ticket that has your name on it for pickup, below response in incorrect. Read more

Patient and helpful workers. The menu offers many different items and flavor profiles. The takeout is thoughtfully packaged, and... no need to remind them for napkins or utensils. Read more

Great tasting food I got the taco salad, it’s a new salad so I had to give it a shot, I absolute loved it. The gentleman who... made my salad really hyped up my salad, and he wasn’t kidding. The staff was very friendly and speedy for getting through thelarge lunch lines. Although they say they are “short staffed” with who they have they make it work and all seem pretty happyabout serving us. Obviously will be back and I tell all my friends and co workers who have not been. Thanks again guys! Read more

Seems a bit overwhelming with all the choices. I went with the Mexican bowl with the spicy chicken. It was good. I made it a... combo with the spicy bone broth. It was ok. Wouldn't get it again. The mandarin, cardamom drink was so good. All thosbeverages sounded good and was hard to choose. I like the outdoor dining area too. Read more
