8/6/22The Best thing about this place is the staff. From the manager on duty, to waitress Alma, to the friendly bartender and... maitre de. Top notch helpful and pleasant. Having said that, the food is second rate. From the House bourbon (bleah), to thegreen beans(from a can?!?). The Loaded mashed potatoes appeared mass-produced in advance. But the Star should be the meat. Nothere. My dad's ribeye was too tough for him to cut with their serrated steak knife! He did order it medium well, but still... Myfilet mignon looked smaller than 8 oz, but maybe. The 1st one ordered med rare, came out tough and tan, barely pink. Alma cameto the table and asked if it was done right, and when I told her she took it right back. Quite promptly, she returned withanother, which you see in the picture. Raw inside, but because i had heard a nearby table aggressively interviewed about a steaksent back, I deferred drama and ate it. I was, after all, out for an enjoyable meal with my dad. Logan's is always at least decent. This location has struggled with consistency. Sometimes good, sometimes just short of great,... sometimes just meh. But if you want a budget steak at a budget steakhouse, Logan's is a perfectly good choice. Read more
The good about this restaurant was definitely the service. My server was great, the bad is I order a Porterhouse medium rare and... it came out basically well-done, the server offered to send it back and when the new one came out it was actually a littleworse. The server knew, by looking at it, and apologized. I just ate it, as I did not want to wait for another steak. The meatitself was pretty thinly sliced (which probably made it tough to cook right.) but it was also quite tough and I had to cut out alot of pieces. Great steakhouse!! Love every steak I have had here. Personal favorite is The Logan with a loaded sweet potato! Good service,... the restaurant was not very busy and the staff did a good job of doing their best, they were understaffed but who is not thesedays? Glad to choose here for my Father's Day meal. Went for Mother's Day. We were seated right away. OPJ appetizer was great. Our waitress was awesome. I had prime rib!
Four plates were brought for the rolls all wet and I was told we "just needed to wipe the off". How about you wipe the BEFORE ... you bring the to the table? My half rack of ribs had very little BBQ sauce on them and the BBQ sauce she brought me was cold soof course instead of eating warm sauce on the way ribs I had COLD sauce to put on my ribs which made the ribs cooler. . I askedfor my ribs WET but evidently it didn't matter. Daughters salmon was good but wouldn't let her sub anything for mashed potatoeswhich she could not have. Husband's salad with chicken on was good. Son in laws ribs were good and had ok sauce onthem. While it was just ok we probably won't go back unless we have no other options. Read more
I came in here only because Texas Roadhouse wasn?t open yet. I ordered my steak medium. This first time it came out well done... and actually burnt on the outside. I had it sent back and it came out just about rare. At this point my daughter and fiancé aredone eating and I?ve taken two bites of my mashed potatoes which were awful and a couple bites of my sweet potato. They then saythey will give me half off my meal. So I basically paid 10$ for mashed potatoes and a sweet potato. Still leaving hungry andreally dissatisfied. Please don?t go here. Ever. Read more
My girlfriend and I came here for drinks and to split an entree after a long day of shopping. We ordered our drinks, very very... strong (not necessarily a bad thing) However, after waiting for 30 minutes for our fish and chips we finally received our food.It was inedible due to the pile of grease the fish was resting on. Even the fries were soaked in grease. Since we didn?t haveenough time to wait again, we instead asked for a to go box with extra napkins to line the bottom and soak up the grease hopingthat we can re heat it for a meal.
