This is the first time in years since I've been to an Olive Garden. My past experiences at other ones have been horrible.... However, this Olive Garden knocked it out of the park. Came to celebrate Ethan's life as this was his favorite restaurant. He would always get upset because the bread sticks are so... delicious that he would fill up on them and not leave room for the main course. He left this world exactly one year ago so weshare this meal in his memory. The salmon was cooked to perfection, the lasagna was absolutely delicious, the carbonara has agreat blend of flavors, and how can you go wrong with a taste of Italy? What a great day. My granddaughter & I had been shopping and decided to eat dinner at this Olive Garden location. This was my granddaughter’s... first experience at Olive Garden, being just seven years old she was a little skeptical. I have to say that our server, SARAS., made our entire visit one we will never forget! Sara went above and beyond to make our whole experience amazing! There’sso many positive things I could write but I’ll sum it up with one comment from my granddaughter….”She is so nice that Iwish she was our server everywhere we go to eat!” ?? It was ok. Service was good. The place does a good business. Get on the waiting list thru the web site. It works well. Show up... about ten minutes before the estimated wait time. They text your phone when your table is ready. Food was ok. I had chickenparmigiana. Chicken was preprocessed Patties and not made from scratch. The sauce was good. Loved the salad. Was honestly surprised about how great the food was! The salmon was buttery and flaky. It was also seasoned well with a good... crust. My girlfriend got the gluten free pasta and she really liked it! I tried it too and I couldn’t even tell it was glutenfree because it tasted so good. The bread sticks and salad were just like I remembered when I was last here as a kid. Ourserver Trent was really nice and provided great customer service.
