This was the fifth or 6th time o gave this place?one last chance? Well this is it I asked for beef and broccoli. They gave me... all broccoli. She said it is mostly broccoli than beef. Ummm no, the sign says beef and broccoli. This was my daughters $7 kidsmeal. It?s the saddest thing. And no cookies for the three kids meals. Panda Express has great Food and fast Service. Clean and engaging environment. Very rare there are green onion layers that... should be peeled out yet overall dishes are great. Recommended. Read more

I don?t usually leave bad reviews or reviews at all but the staff member and customer service at this place tonight really... bothered me. Visited tonight at 820 pm to pick up late dinner. 3 Staff stood talking at the counter in front of me for 5 minutesbefore anyone greeted me to take my order. I didnt say anything just looked to see my options. I saw the orange chicken was outso i asked how long of a wait it would be. 10 minutes they answered and I agreed to wait. Then I asked how long the fried rice(which was also out completely) would be. The staff member said they were ?only making it for online orders right now? but icould ?wait to see if there was some left over.? Left over? There was still 40 minutes until close. But i had to wait for thechicken anyway so i asked how long it would be until they could tell me if i could have some of the rice. She said, ?until theonline orders are made.? I asked again, how long, because I figured she must not have understood the question. She againrepeated ?until the online orders are made.? Confused by her unprovoked rudeness, i looked at the staff next to her, who saidabout 12-15 minutes. I said okay and waited. I didnt end up waiting more than 5 minutes, so that was a plus, but they stilldidnt let me order all 3 of my entree choices as orange chicken, because ?there wouldn?t be enough.? I promise i am not a rudeperson and never once said or did anything to cause the staff to have a bad attitude towards me. Even though i like the food, iwont be returning to this location.
