Service was fine until I got home and realized they completely messed up our order. Check your take out bags before leaving. I... would have taken it back but it's a ten minute drive and I had a kid en-tow. Not a single thing was correct except possibly onesandwich. When we checked the receipt it was correct to what I ordered, just nothing in the bag matched the receipt, but the oneon the cookie (we also did not order) had a different number. We must have gotten someone else's food even though we were handedit. I have only been here once before but I think I'll seek other options if I'm nearby. Hopefully, this isn't a commonoccurrence. Of note, it is not an easy space to move through if you have a wheelchair, walker, stroller or need any similaraccommodations. There's no handicap button for doors and they put a display table by the two lines which stretch very close tothe coffee dispenser area so if you're not able to walk without assistance you're out of luck. First and foremost I want to say that the food and cashier were absolutely amazing! I think this was the 2nd time ever me... stepping foot inside of a Panera Bread in my 43 years, and I couldn't believe how great the food and service was. Dietaryrestrictions caused me not to have the bread for the breakfast sandwich, but all I really wanted was the sausage, cheese, andover easy egg. Cashier Tracy according to my receipt was so understanding and when I got my food, it was spot on and so good.Please extend my gratitude to Tracy. I really hope the name on the receipt matched who took my order. Then throughout themorning (I had to work from here until noon) Tracy continued to provide the same level of service as my first time. What abreath of fresh air in the industry nowadays. I will say however that the building itself is dated and just kind of okay. Forexample, working remotely from my laptop, the outlet I was plugged into is a fire hazard. It's loose and wobbly when I tried toplug in my cord, and the electrical was intermittent at best. You guys need to get an electrician to look at your outlets beforesomething serious happens. I don't feel safe ever plugging into that outlet again. The Napa chicken salad sandwich had ONLY a tablespoon of chicken salad on it. It only covered the tomato. So basically it?s... over $10.00 for lettuce on whole wheat bread. Never again Read more
Food was fine. I have a Panera in my area. Very cool place. Two levels. Fireplace on both levels. Lots of area for big groups... to sit together. Sunday night was not their best with keeping the dining room tidy on either floor. I would come here againwhen I'm in the area. Great choices (big menu ) when you're with a group ... if you know the Panera menu you'll know it's agood for for your group even if it's coffee and dessert. Read more
Trying this location after a bad experience a few weeks ago at a different one. It was better but not what Panera used to be. At... this location they paid attention to what I said and prepared the meal to be eaten in the restaurant. Also, there was not muchof a wait and my order was accurate. This location gave better portions of all things (besides the dressing for some reason).The baguette texture suggested that it wasn't fresh but it still wasn't bad. The soup could have been warmer and you could tellthey are skimping a bit on the salads but after my experience at the other location I would call this one good consideringshortages, inflation and other things we are all dealing with these days. Placed a delivery order and my pastry item was not in the bag. Called the store and let them know. Was told "if it wasn't in the... bag, we don't have it in store" but no one called to ask if there was a replacement item I would accept. Was also told that theycan't do single item refunds over the phone. The options I was given were to lose out on my $6 or drive to the store myself thatnight/following day (between a certain time) and grab a different pastry. Not impressed. Don't understand how a corporationdoesn't offer a replacement item before leaving, tell me to come in the next day or take my money for an item they did notprovide. Read more
Very disappointed, ordered the chicken noodle soup and received some squash soup stuff (ewe). When I called I was told that I... could either come in right then and get the soup which I had already paid for or give them my address to receive a coupon. Whywould you have a spot on the receipt for someone to sign off on the order being correct and then not use it. Read more
