Good was not ready when I arrived. A person came out talking fast about he was told someone was waiting outside. He returned... later without food stating that the fish was prepared incorrectly (basic fish and chips. I waiting 20 extra minutes for coldfries, mushy doughy fish batter and no coleslaw. All the while receiving text messages that my food was ready and someone isbringing my food out. Nope. Just be honest. If my ticket was skipped allow me the opportunity to request a refund and find analternate solution for a meal. Free advice. Read more

First time at red lobster and was a pleasant experience. Waitress was really nice, interactive with the kids and offered... suggestions. Had their sunset Pina colada and it was really good. Shrimp ragoons were great and I have the Kung pow shrimp whichwas a large serving. Not Logans rolls but the biscuits were good ???? Read more

Ordered basic fish & chips and a caesar salad for curbside pick-up. The caesar salad was almost all rinds, cut into bite sized... pieces. I have no idea who would want to eat a chunk of lettuce rind. The rest of the salad was very wilted and looked likeit’s been stepped on or smashed. Overall, it was inedible. I knew something was wrong with my fish upon seeing it. Thisdoesn’t look anything like any typical battered fish I’ve had before (including the photo on their menu!), and it definitelydidn’t taste like it either. The fish was very dry and the ‘batter’ was almost nonexistent and had a texture similar tocrispy diner hashbrowns. I couldn’t eat more than two bites. I’m not sure what they use to make their ‘tartar’ sauce, but it tasted like sweetened coleslaw or something. The fries were fine, nothing special, and fairly under seasoned. However, they were at least edible. I had very low standards for Red Lobster and they were still somehow too high. Thankfully this wasbought with a gift card so no money was wasted on this mostly-inedible meal. Oh, the biscuits are still yummy, especially whenwarmed up. Read more

One of our favorite places to eat, but THIS location was exceptional!!! Went within an hour of closing (which we felt bad about)... but the staff seemed unphased and were very nice AND the food was absolutely delicious ???? Read more

I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, but this is where the birthday boy wanted to go. We found nothing not to like. There... were choices up and down the price range and for seafood lovers and nonlovers. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient--checkingin with our undecided group often. Our food arrived in about 20 minutes, and we were checked on frequently afterthat. Delicious food, clean facilities, music that didn't compete with conversation, great service...nothing not to like!
