Terrible, terrible, terrible. We ordered food on Door dash and order was confirmed. Went up to the door and the doors were... locked. Drove around to the drive up window and explained that we were there for a pick up order. We were informed that thepick up orders should have been turned off, but they weren't. We had paid for our food already and I asked how they were goingto fix the problem and I was told that it wasn't there problem. Service here is terrible. I would never recommend going here. Read more
Food was good. But you have to order on a kiosk, pick up your food , and dispose of your waste yourself. Then they want you... to give a tip? For what? Cooking. That is your job. One person wanted salt and they were told they had to order it fromthe kiosk. Really? Read more
Horrible service - asked for a strawberry banana shake and said they couldn?t do it even though both are listed on menu. So I... said forget it and ordered the frisco melt. Not even cut. It sucked. My chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake was pretty much a vanilla one with like 3 pieces of cookie dough. The... hamburgers used to be amazing here and now they taste cheap. There were no waiters whatsoever and the people who gave us thefood didn't even say hello. Read more

Burger and shakes were good. You are forced to order on kiosks and our gift card did not work. When I asked for help, I was told... they were too busy (there was one other person dining in and two cars in the drive-through). The kiosk asks you to tip beforeyou complete your order. I tipped because I thought we would get some kind of service, but no - you place the order on a kiosk,you pick it up at the counter, and you clean up your own trash. The place was filthy. We had to use a wet wipe on our own tableand it was brown after wiping the table. The floor had trash on it and even the booster seat needed to be cleaned beforeusing. We will not be returning to this location. Read more
