I come here every other week, and have for the past four years. Sadly, it is time to bid this place adieu. At least we need to... take a break for awhile. The Dallas Fillet is one of my favorite steaks. It used to be juicy, well flavored, and well cooked.Our last 5 visits have been disappointing flavor wise. And the last two, being given steaks that weren't even cooked. Themanager comped my meal this last time, but great, I'd rather have had an edible dinner. When a steak isn't cooked properly, theythrow it back on. But now, the steak was cut into. Juices flow out. Flavor is lost. And you're left with a dry, charred brick ofmeat. What good is a steak that was finally cooked properly, but now no longer has flavor. The manager alerted us the otherperson on the grill will reheat, as they cook differently. Shouldn't your grill masters follow the same routine?! Shouldn't yourfood be consistent?! Shouldn't a medium rare steak be medium rare regardless of who grills it? Not raw. Not well done. Mediumrare. But alas, like any business, they'll comp me. And continue to employ someone who fails to do the one job they're supposedto do. I'm not saying fire him. But he doesn't belong on the grill. On a happier note, the service is always great. Our lastlady was probably one of the best servers we ever had! So if you like great service, but inconsistent food, stop on in. Read more

My husband and I have loved Texas Roadhouse for years now. The food is always delicious, the service is good, and the prices... are very reasonable. The only bad thing is that everyone else likes it, too, and there is almost always a long wait to getseated. GREAT TAKE-HOME DINNER We ordered our dinners at 4:30pm on Saturday afternoon, but we could not get it before 6pm. Not a big... deal for us because we planned ahead. I was texted that it was ready just as I pulled into the parking lot at 6pm. There were noparking spots for takeout or curbside service, so parking was a challenge. Went to the window and picked-up our meal. After a 20minute ride home, our dinners were still warm. My steak and my wife?s ribs were excellent! We will get take-out from hereagain. ? Accessibility ? Arrived at 330pm on a Saturday. There were 4 people in the waiting area and over half the tables/ chairs in the restaurant and... every table in the bar area were empty. Yet some how it was a 45 to 50 minute wait. At first I thought this wait might be dueto a staff shortage, but they had employees standing around all over the place. There was 4 to 5 standing up by the hostessstand at any given time. Another 6 to 8 standing around in the kitchen area. Once seated the service and food were good.
