We came to this location because we were visiting the mall. While there my son ordered a Mac n cheese kid meal. The macaroni had... a very long curly hair. The manager still had us pay for his meal without even an apology. Just want to be clear that no one inmy family has long hair. I contacted corporate and we shared some emails back and forth. Our visit was on October 1st. The lastemail I received asked me to allow the manager from this location until the 11th to contact me. I emailed corporate back on the13th to inform them I have yet to hear from management. The prior emails they responded very quickly. I have yet to hear aresponse. Extremely unhappy and would only recommend this location if you enjoy rude management and food with long hair in it.My overall experience with this location has been terrible! Read more
Friday's is like a long lost friend that, due to IRL, you just sorta drifted away. Perhaps you were to busy to see your friend.... Perhaps new friends came along that were added distractions. In any event, we went and visited our old friend, Friday's,tonight, and it was a pleasant reminder if old times. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was loud enough to allow yourconversation to be private, yet quiet enough to be able to speak at the table without fear of needing to raise your voice. Thefood was just as good as I remember, even if the menu was different, and the prices were very reasonable. It was definitely anold friend worth getting reacquainted with again. We decided to give our TGIF a go. The food was plentiful and the drinks were very good, no watered down. The prices were great,... here in Michigan. I can't say the same for Manhattan and Niagra Falls!! :) The music was awesome and the service was great. Itwas clean as well. We plan to come back. -We came back! Doug our server was great! Lack of equipment cold food, servers on the cell phones instead of doing there job, and the cherry on the cake the most inept... GM Katie stiles I believe is what that walking abortions name was , not only was she rude and racist towards my family but thenjust turned and walked away only to ignore us the rest of the evening if I could give this place a negative score I would I useto love Fridays but thanks to Katie we will no longer be going and we will be suggesting to friends and family to also boycottFridays in Michigan!!! What made things worse was that she kept asking and thought we wanted our money back. We just wanted tobe treated like humans and have a good hot meal for our parents anniversary but that got ruined. I had one of the best waitresses. Very nice, helpful, and really good refills before my glass went dry. Food was very good. Had... pretzels for the appetizer and the philly cheesesteak burger with fries. My friend enjoyed the pretzels as well, and her baconcheeseburger with fries. Read more
We went to Friday's in Rivertown mall last night and immediately the vibe was off. We sat at the bar only to be ignored for the... first maybe..? 10 min, I grabbed a menu from down the bar that someone had left to order. My food came out with boneless wingsburnt/mozz sticks covered in the wing sauce/and WTH was going on with the cheese on the potato skins?? Had to remind thewaitress about my husband's burger (forgotten in the kitchen) which she did end up taking off our bill. I realize everyone isunderstaffed and struggling but honestly coming from the customer service industry myself, it didn't look incredibly busy, maybea bus load of people had just left before we got there? Either way, it sucks Fridays is turning dingy and low energy when itused to be the awesome! ???????? Read more
