Staff was nice and food was good, but the manager was very rude. After I had paid, I realized I had a coupon to apply. When I... asked if she minded applying the coupon, she stated she?d have to void, then re-ring the order through, to which I replied ok.She proceeded to huff and slam the register multiple times. While the food and smoothies were made in a timely manner, the entire store was cleaned and the chairs were stacked more than 30... minutes before the store closed. I thought the store was closed, but went inside and the employees seemed surprised that therewere customers. I did not feel welcome. Read more

I normally have a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I have to say, that the Grandville location has messed up my... order three times in a row, on different occasions. I tried not to complain but after the third mess up, I called. Here's wherethe problem was, not in the Smoothie being made wrong. But the rudeness I received by the girl. She was offended and didn'tbelieve me that it wasn't blended right, why would I make something up? She also did not offer any solution (like a newsmoothie) She then said, well dates are hard to blend. I understand that but the peaches were also not blended. All they need todo is blend a bit longer and problem solved. I make smoothies with dates often and know it's a timing thing. Went there last night on 11/28/22 at 6:58pm I honestly thought they were closed due to all the shades and most lights were... pulled and out. The open sign wasn't lit up either. Website says they open till 9pm Why look closer 2 hours till close. After Iwent in they looked annoyed but helped me and the drink was good as usual. As I sat in the parking lot enjoying my drink.Another car pulled up and thr girls inside saw this other vehicle and were hiding to appear closed. The other two customers were confused like me. When I had went inside I mentioned good your open cause it didn't look like it and your website saidopen till 9pm. No comments no nothing was said. No one wants to work anymore these days. They want to sit around for 2 hoursget paid and do next to nothing in the mean while. Sad. Read more
