The wait to get food was long just to be told they don't have what I ordered. Then substituted with food that was barely edible.... The waiter was extremely nice though so there's my one positive from the experience. Definitely will not go back. Read more
I hate doing this. We've come here forever as our "go to", quick / casual spot. Still has a decent beer variety & ok (albeit... inattentive) service. But, things have slipped. Bathroom is in rough shape, multiple TVs don't work. But worst of all, thefood quality has fallen off a cliff. It's not just tonight, but the past 4-5 visits. Poor quality ingredients. The wings aretiny. The fries are consistently cold. The salad was brown. I'm guessing it's a sourcing issue...but that doesn't change thebottom line. The food just isn't good & while I hate saying it, there are so many better options. May well be our last visit. Read more

Usually have good experiences here but tonight was unreal. Our food took over an hour to come out because "A huge party came in"... however this didn't prevent 3 tables who came in after us from getting their food, 2 of which had finished eating before we gotours. We asked several times for an explanation as to why a huge party held up our food but nooneelse's. Didn't get an answer.Manager never came out to the table, despite being asked for twice because she "was working the large party." Fish and chips were terrible. Like giant fish sticks and generic fries. Staff seem strained and service could have been better.
They cut back on the sauce we get on our bowls .We always have to ask for more . Though they always bring us more .The service... is good , and everything else . Read more
