DO NOT EAT HERE. Upcharge for everything. I asked for a ranch with my burger and fries 35 cents. Sourdough bread instead of a... bun 70 cents. Swiss cheese instead of cheddar 50 cents. Next thing they will chatge for ketchup and salt. Bella was a horriblecounter person! We ordered whipped cream on our ice cream and she forgot that. All in all not a great place to eat. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss Burger on sourdough. I was charged a 70 cents up charge for the sourdough. I called and asked... the manager How much was a bun if I ordered it separately.... The answer was free! I asked how much was 2 pieces of sourdoughif I ordered it separately? The answer was 70 cents. So I guess I can go in and get a bun any time I want for free.. But if Iwant 2 pieces of bread it's 70 cents. I paid the 70 cents and they got to keep their free bun. For my small fry at $2.49 I received all of 11 small luke warm French fries. The young man who took the order was personable, able to answer all questions and clean. The gal delivering the order to the... table was very nice. The dining room as always looked like the cleaning crew was just there, no dirty tables or floors. The foodwas good, it is still fast food, but done well, warm and fresh. Culver?s of Granger consistently delivers excellent food and service. I?m rather fond of their diet root beer and salads! The... kids meals include a token for a free scoop (with one topping) so it?s nice that when bringing our littles (7 of them) that thedrink and frozen custards are included. They even have healthy options of milk and broccoli or applesauce for the kids meals. (PS: DQ?s blizzards do not compare to Culver?s concrete mixers IMO ????.) Read more

Very disappointed tonight. I waited in line and the gentleman who took my money was very kind and apologized for the wait I was... fine with that. Then I waited even longer Until another car finally pulled up behind me. The employee gave that car their food1st and it was a larger order than My single order. Then he went back in and got my order. I told him I've been here quite awhile I should have had my food first but he said they both came out at the same time which I do not believe. Even if that'sthe case he should have served me 1st give me 1st and then his friend 2nd.. It may sound pretty to some But I was verydisappointed. Normally they do a good job getting the food out.
