Every time I order from here it takes almost an hour to get delivered. Even if it?s not lunch or dinner time. Update to... original: 2/15/22 Ordered online, then got a call 5 minutes later saying they do not have a delivery driver today. Notsurprised. Hopefully my money gets refunded for the order. Whoever you had working tonight was amazing. The man who seemed to be the manager in a tyedie type hoodie was super kind, super... knowledgeable and super helpful. I manage restaurants for a living, give this man a promotion/raise bc you need his loyalty. Ihave been to this location several times in the past and never seen this man, and also never had the great level of service orquality of food I got tonight. My husband and I (like many I'm sure) have been really frustrated lately with fast food places in the area due to long lines and... terrible customer service. We realize that many places are short staffed and we try to be understanding. It has been a longtime since we have had a good experience anywhere. Tonight we decided to go to Jimmy Johns in granger. Let me say, it was thebest experience we have ever had at any fast food restaurant. I think it is important to share our good experiences andrecognize the people that go above and beyond. Blake did that tonight. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with asmile on his face. He was super friendly and made us the best sandwiches. We were in and out in a matter of minutes. Went to JJ?s for lunch today and per usual was greeted with lively, and welcoming hello?s. My unwich was ?the best I ever had?... even though I say that everytime, it just somehow keeps getting better! The work appropriate banter amongst the staff trulyshows what a great environment these employees have at this location. I always leave smiling. Keep doing what you?re doing!! Read more
Twice now I have ordered delivery from this location and both times it has taken over an hour to get my food! I live less than 5... minutes away! Not freaky fast! Not happy! I will find another store to order my food from, from now on! Read more
Poor management. 1 delivery guy for the holiday weekend. Online order confirmed at 12:55pm. Food delivered at 1:50pm. Manager... just says sorry. Love Jimmy Johns but will just be driving to another location. Staff is great. Just poor management. Read more
