If i could i would give 0 stars. How is it that i order a cheesburger happy meal and get home and my 6 year old says she ONLY... got fries in her CHEESEBURGER happy meal. Then the person who claims to be a manager answers the phone as if shes answering herown personal phone after the 1st phone call was not answered and it wasnt like they were busy. I went to the drive through. They had McRib back. I love them. The service was fast, sandwich was nice and hot enough to eat.
I picked up an order here for someone, and the gentleman at the drive through had no manners whatsoever. He was very rude, kept... calling me bro, and then kept spitting out the window. Very unprofessional and disgusting. Read more

Went in to drive thru at 1020. Was told no breakfast. Ordered lunch. Took 10 minutes to bring out and then wrong. Went in to... get it fixed, replacements took 10 more minutes and wrong again. In the same way. Only 3 people working and 2 were over the agefor legal retirement. Do not let deaf people work your drive thru! If you don't have enough crew to serve the public what theyorder, close. Read more
Well luckily I wasn?t expecting much from this McDonald?s. Went to McDonald?s today 6/7 for breakfast spent over $21. First... didn?t put one of our sandwiches in the bag had to go in and get it. Secondly on my way to work I opened my sandwich which was asteak egg and cheese bagel and they put a sausage patty on it. I?m really tired of the constant issues with this McDonald?s.It?s really tiring I?m fed up with it I suggest not going to this McDonald?s all they do is mess this is the 4th time since thebeginning of May. Food was just meh. Was expecting it to be better as it is located in the much desirable Granger, IN area. Restrooms needed to be... cleaned and owner needs to put some money into updating this place a.s.a.p. You see other mc.donalds in bad areas of the citythat look 10 times better/updated than this 1960's style that it has going on. Read more
Every time we order through the drive thru for the 4 of us the order is wrong and or something is ALWAYS missing! Never seems to... br right. I never call about it I just eat what we get n move on but Tonight I called! The manager didn't even apologize. Icouldn't help but ask if there was enough staff to make sure the orders are correct. She just stated it should have been inthere. The crazy part is it wasn't even busy!! Very frustrating. We even checked all the bags before leaving and the only thingwe didn't check was the happy meal. Now we have to use more gas to go back. Read more
