Do not go to this location if you need prompt service. This location has very poor time management and takes a very long time to... make drinks. It took 21 minutes for 2 drinks. I also asked the barista how much longer I could expect and she ignored me. Afterall of that, I requested no whip on my drink and the cup also indicated no whip. This place is the SLOWEST Starbucks I?ve ever been to. They hired a new person about 4-6 weeks ago and I was hoping he would... quit because his is the absolute slowest. Name is Kevin. They were quick today because they were dead for lunch time. They clearly have poor management. This is the second time in a 2... month period that they have run out of essencial supplies. First time we ordered two venti size lattes and they gave us 4smalls. We said it isn't what we ordered and they said they ran out of venti size cups. Had we known we would have orderedlarge. Buy the time you finish one the other is cold. Today they ran out of sleeves for the cups. They just doubled the cup andsaid here. If i owned it i would do some serious retraining and or firing! I would have given this 5 stars because most employees are excellent. They the drinks with the quickness and perfection.... Unfortunately there are several younger ladies that don't seem to care about customer service at all. Besides them , I do likethis particular Starbucks! Read more
