If I could give this restaurant a 0 star I would. Staff ran 30 minutes behind and was struggling to keep up with online orders.... Each staff member was working alone and trying to create drinks when working together would have been much easier and swifter. I ordered 5 drinks online with pretty standard modifications (extra shots, extra syrup, cold foam), but none of the drinks were... as I specified and one never came out. Whenever we asked for it, the women didn?t look back at our order and made it with milk(my husband is dairy free), so we paid just to throw it in the garbage. I don?t usually get upset over things like this, but itwas an expensive order and the specifications weren?t insane. I think they may just be understaffed and it was really busy, butI feel like I wasted money on things I didn?t want or ask for and some we can?t even drink. Go to a different location. Read more
My favorite location. They are rarely out of anything, but do yourself a favor and order from the app, giving the staff plenty... of time to prepare your order especially on home game weekends; trust me on this because it can take 30 mins or more during busyweekends. Read more
Definitely my favorite Starbucks in the area. Their drive thru is always super fast no matter how busy they are. The baristas... RARELY ever mess up a drink, even if it's customized or complicated. The staff is incredibly friendly and polite and the storeis always very clean and organized. They are by far the best Starbucks in Michiana, and that's saying a lot because there are atleast 7 Starbucks coffee shops that I know of within that 15 minute radius. Friendly baristas. Nice place to hang with peers in the afternoon. Mornings can be busy just like any coffee place.
Very friendly baristas this morning. They were very patient with my very tired self. I brought my 15 week old puppy to... experience her very first pup cup and they were so nice to include extra napkins. I can see why they are always busy with theservice going above and beyond. Read more
Regularly cannot make drinks the same way twice. Have to ask for extra shots of coffee or flavor which drives the costs up. This... is the only location that makes the drinks with mostly milk and and an extra shot is required. We will drive out of our way inorder to get a coffee (latte/ flat white) made correctly. This location has really fallen off. Ordered 2 coffees inside with hardly anyone else in there and they took 25 minutes.
