I did the kiosk order to go, mexican pizza (with no tomatoes or beans), chicken quesadilla, nacho fries and a drink. Paid for my... food ($21.00). Believe it or not, I?ve had trouble ordering at this Taco Bell. Few months ago , they said they were ?out of Mexican Pizza... sauce, so they cannot make Mexican pizzas? and I said that that was ?fine?. They said then, ?actually we can?t make Mexicanpizzas. Then recently I went there and I was at the drive through and instead of taking my order they said ?10 minute wait toeven order?. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes and they said ?20 more minutes? when I asked if they were ready. Recently,I?ve had a friend go there and he waited 30 minutes to get the wrong order. The assistant manager at this store was trying to attack a fellow Co worker not once but twice who is a minor and still has her... job. Management is a joke and don't care to attempt to teach customer service or even just simple common sense or decency!! Read more
Staff slow and they act like you are not there. When preping food they just throw it across tables mess people food up. Then... tables is dining area not cleaned very well. Employees when asked just talk to you rude and act like you are a waist of time.Poor personnel. Read more
Today at 1:30pm I experienced the worst customer service Ive ever had at this restaurant and any Taco Bell for that matter. They... didn't care that I was someone was standing for a few minutes waiting. It wasn't busy at all, and had multiple people look at meand didn't say a word. Eventually a young woman came and I told her they completely messed up my order. Wasn't even close towhat I ordered. She didn't apologize or seem apologetic at all. As if she didn't care. The first thing is I stopped there after work,about a 1/2 mile from there,it's Saturday night,and as I start to order the lady... comes over the speaker and says I have to have exact change or use a card,and when I tried to tell her that I don't know howmuch it's going to be,and on top of all this I've been trying to get a Mexican pizza since they came back out,so I called at7:30 p.m. tonight and the mgr.who answered the phone says " we've had those in stock for the last 4months,so either theemployees have been lying on a regular basis about not having them,or the mgr.who answered my call tonight is a bold faced liar!Extremely disappointed in the service,and I will never spend another dime there,and honestly the best thing that could happen tothat store is the owner grows a set of balls and either train the employees properly,or shut it down fire every single personthere,then hire and train a professional crew!
