Drive thru @ 4:50 pm. I was the only one in line and no cars on the parking lot. I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger with... crispy bacon and an order of onion rings. The lady at the window was courteous; my food was ready for me as soon as I paid formy order. Parked my car in the Carls Jr parking lot and ate my food. Unfortunately the hamburger was barely warm and the breadwas stale. The onion rings tasted like they were cooked way before I ordered them and were barely warm as well. The food was atotal let down. My visit here today was great, I was able to come in order get my food which didn't take very long to be ready, and it was... great. The lady at the counter was nice and friendly making sure to greet me and check over what I had requested. Overall thelocation and outside was very clean and well maintained, it's sad that unfortunately with current times the play area wasremoved but still it was nice to be able to sit down and enjoy my food Thank you Carl's Jr staff and workers!! I go here weekly and allways bring my little dog. The drive-thru women are consistantly very friendly and accommodating. I think... they spend more time talking to my dog than me! Did you know that they sell plain(unsalted) burger patties for your pet? Read more
Great sandwich, fries were fresh and hot.. Drink was good.. Clean place.. The only issue I had was the cashier assumed I wanted... the 1/2lb or something like that and charged me.. I had to explain to her that it was not what I ordered and please make it anormal size. Trying to sneak a more expensive burger in did not set well with me.. Read more
I?ve always like to eat at Carl?s Jr.. The food is made fresh and they have plenty of innovative sandwiches. They?ve also done a... great job of catering to certain diets. You can get their sandwiches lettuce wrapped in skip the bun. And they were one of thefirst to market with the beyond meat patty. I think they?re beyond sandwiches are the best in the market. I get a Californiaclassic and replace the burgers with the beyond patty, remove the cheese and add pickled red onion. It is one of my favoriteburgers. Burger was cold through and through. I went to the drive-through since I was in a hurry. The attendant was cordial and... professional. No red flags. But, after stopping 1 minute later to eat my burger I found that apparently the two patties had beencooked long ago. They were dry. Perhaps the addition of the cold ingredients made the patties actually cold. But, I can tell youthat the in the entire sandwich no warmth of any kind could be found. I had to return immediately, walk in, and have themremake it. Not fun. Nothing was comped or any apologies given. It was only a two person crew. The ?cook? in the back was audiblyupset at re-doing the order. The front attendant had to actually ask that she make sure that the order be hot and fresh. (Isn?tthat what should always happen?) Very low quality food indeed. Western beacon cheese burger was cold and hardly any bbq sauce. The young lady gave me cold fries,... so I asked for fresh ones and they just refried them.
