Very happy I finally made it here. Excellent food, service and ambiance. Local, seasonal ingredients. We had the mushroom... soup, halibut braised short ribs, pumpkin mousse and beignets for dessert. My BF & her partner took me here for my birthday. The dinner was superb. Our waiter Gary was very attentive and kind. My first... course was a sushi dish that was exquisite. My entrée was a ravioli type dish with mushrooms & ramps and it was stuffed withpureed peas, delightful. The dessert was a beautiful work of art in itself. I truly hated to eat it but I did. It was achocolate mousse with strawberries. There were sauces and such, too much for me to recall. Just know that I ate almosteverything on my plate. I left the message. Totally exceptional. Salmon Tartare is light, smooth, and citrusy, with the perfect amount of chili oil and green onion. Fig... cocktail is like a whiskey sour with fig and tea notes, just great. Beef Bourginoun is incredibly tender. The jus is tangy andcontrasts perfectly with the creamy, buttery potatoes. For dessert I had a cappuccino and the pumpkin mousse. The mousse wasexactly pumpkin-spice and sweet, with a perfect amount of savoury. The bread, eggnog, brownie, and guava jelly were all welcomeadditions. Presentation and atmosphere were beautiful. Never have I ever been to a restaurant with similar service, everyoneseems to be working very hard out here. Shad was a great server and I'll be back for my next extra-extra-special occasion. Came here for a belated birthday celebration with wifey. Can't say enough about the service and the food. We tried the hamachi... and the scallops for appetizer which were both exceptional. For our main courses we went with the wagyu flat iron and bass. Bothwere cooked perfectly and tasted excellent. Cocktails were also on point and overall the experience was very enjoyable. Group of 4, and It was my first time here. The cocktails are totally worth the try. The appetizers were delicious paring with... white wine. Main courses were excellent, and at a times to rich!…almost to the point of getting full, but I powered throughto the dessert, after getting a box to go. Excellent wine list and service. Read more
