Explain to me why the manager shuts down the restaurant except for mobile orders.? This is yes the THIRD TIME.....coming home... from the mall late sitting in the drive thru waiting behind cars for a simple quesadilla and drink for my 6 yr old. We're"NO" SOOOO then we ha d to wait in line behind the other cars. Really?! Are you serious?! Completely mismanaged. You should haveenough food to cover both patrons if you can't figure it out then you should not own and or manage any restaurant. Read more
I have never been more disgusted by a fast food restaurants bathroom before in my life. Both bathrooms were trashed, has feces... all over the seats, the sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged with toilet paper and was over flowing. It was horrible. I havethem the benefit of the doubt, maybe someone had just gone in and done that and it's not normally like that but I went back thefollowing week and it was just as bad as the last time. Yeah this location is one of the worst. The workers were openly cussing at each other in jest. Zero professionalism even for... teenagers. The TB on Sunset in Rocklin is full of teens too but they always are professional. Two completely different ranrestaurants. Read more
Nice friendly service here and wait time was good as well. It looks like this Taco Bell has items missing quite often. On last... visit, they were missing red sauce, lettuce and tomatoes for example. Be advised when placing mobile app order, that thesemissing items may not actually be available and definitely be ready to substitute. Read more
Today, I witnessed an employee VAPING and blowing smoke inside of the kitchen area. She was a young woman whose name. I did not... get her name but after initially playing dumb, she asked if I was going to report it. She said that they would do better and Itold her that they could start by cleaning the bathrooms which smelt terrible and had COCKROACHES dying in the corner. Iattempted to call the store to make the report but no one ever answered the phone. I'm glad it happened so that I could show mykids how to confront terrible service and basic human conduct. It's unfortunate that this is the last stop before the lakebecause they HIKE UP THE PRICES on everything, but you'd think that would pay for a little better service. Read more
I bought a salad bowl here and it was particularly sad and wimpy. Not only was the portion size small but the texture of the... steak was chewy and very processed. My partner in crime got a crunch wrap and it was also poorly wrapped and not well toasted.We both had upset tummies afterwards. The facility was well maintained and kept cleaned though so that was a plus. Read more
Horrible service, rude shift leader, (short fat guy) all food served with smallest portions and is not as good as before 10... months ago, nice new look but crew is clueless when it comes to making orders and customer service. This place always makes the food like the photo. They are mostly empty with majority lettuce and not worth my gas to drive all... the way back just to get my food made again and hoping the correct way.
