Pizza was limp and extremely thin. I did NOT order THIN CRUST. I will not return to this location because paying attention to... detail and cooking food properly is important. Cook a pizza that even you would want to eat. This was not it and the pizzaalways looks like this. Read more
The food is great! The employees, for the most part, are very nice and helpful. However, due to always being short staffed, I... always have to wait an hour, sometimes longer for delivery. I literally live less than 2 miles from restaurant! I've also had mydelivery left at the wrong apartment a couple of times. And they never have Orange soda that is on the menu. (Correction: Theyfinally took it down recently.) Aside from all of this, I do continue to order here, because I know everyone is still shortstaffed following the pandemic. Also they have always tried to compensate for any problems with free pizza, which my son and Iare always down for!!! Read more
Every time I order from the Maryville road store in granite city they take hours to get me my food. Either set up an order limit... or get more employees, so they don't get behind. Last time I ordered from them it was 3 hours and they wouldn't answer the phoneso I had to go to the store and cancel it. This time the pizza had been ordered for 45 minutes and they hadn't even prepped itfor the oven yet. Steer clear from this store because it's consistently bad. Read more
This has to be a joke, right. The few times I have ordered from this location the experience was, ehhh, okay for the most part.... I always pay using my PayPal account and usually I tip from there also. This time I happened to have some cash, so that's what Iwas using for a tip. Hoping it's just a coincidence, but I think not. How did I get a Philly, BUT THERE'S NO MEAT on my sandwichand only like 3 mushrooms. I think thwy did it to be funny because they thought I wasn't going to tip. Now I wish I hadn't.Also, I know they weren't "busy" and forgot it because I actually got my food very fast, like 30 mins or less. Read more
Brought us parts of our order and just brought other random items since they were out of other things we ordered instead of... contacting us to know if that was fine or just have them taken off the bill. Person answering the phone was extremely rude andrefused to be of any help whatsoever. No wonder they're hurting bad for workers, it shows from the employees how little peoplecare there. Read more
pizza is great, location is also great, friendly staff, order online or call friendly. Bilingual menu. But as of right now very... short staffed. This used to be a great location. I heard there?s new management now and ever since this store has gone downhill. They can?t... keep employees and are almost always short staffed now so orders take forever. Not sure what they?ve done to this location butthey ruined a once awesome store. So, 6/7/22, we decided to try again. The wait time wasn?t too awful and my pizza was fine.The wife?s pizza seemed ok but they didn?t cut it. I live a 8 minute drive from dominos. I?m not sure why it takes about 10-15 (usually on the 15 side) minutes for them to get to... my house when they leave the store. Every time I order it takes an hour to a hour and a half to get my food. This morning I putin an order and it took almost half an hour just to get it in the oven! I?ve worked at pizza places.
