My wife decided to run to Jack in the Box over her lunch break for all of her co-workers to celebrate a co-worker who is heading... to another job. She knew it would be a big order so she placed a mobile order ahead of time. When she arrived the lady in thedrive through stated that she did not want to make the food. My wife asked if she could get a refund and the lady would not doanything about it. Completely unacceptable behavior. My wife went back during the next shift when another manager was presentand was able to receive the refund. Will not be going there again. Read more

Well they just loss some stars. Went thru the drive thru ordered 6 regular tacos. Nothing special about them. On my 30 min lunch... break. Was asked to pull forward. No big deal. The kid running the food brought me the wrong food twice. Then 25 MINUTES laterI had to walk inside and get it myself. That's unacceptable!! Read more

109pm on a Monday. I was the first car in the drive thru, no one ahead of me, and no one inside ordering. Ordered 6 tacos was my... entire order). Once paid at window (sat at window 5 mins before being addressed) I was told to pull up and park, and my orderwill be ready in 3 minutes. By the time I got my order, 6 other cars had gone through the drive thru, and were all ordered topark. I left with my food 1 TACO SHORT 17 minutes after ordering, and was shorted a ranch cup. I asked for an additional andlady at window said it would be fine. 5 tacos, 17 mins, shorted a condiment, and cut into my work lunch hour. Will never goback. I understand the staffing crisis, shortages, etc, but if you can't maintain your franchise, close and save the public thetrouble of dealing with your ill-ran establishment. The breakfast platter was not that good. The eggs were cold and runny were the hash brown soaked up the eggs juice which was... nasty. The sausage was very bland it did not have no taste. The pancakes were kind of rubbery overall breakfast was not good.Was not worth the almost $8 that I spent on it. The ultimate burger that I ordered was good. The fries that I got was very goodand hot. The service was awesome the drive thru person was very nice. Read more

I actually just filled a police report on the team of this store. The kids working were horsing around so much we never got our... food and they refused to give our money back. They literally stole our money. Added to respond to owner... I have done this.Nothing has changed. Someone from the store called me the following business day and she explained she doesn't have the poweralone to make this right. This generic response is not enough to make you look like you're doing something about this issue.Though don't expect quality service anymore, I do expect the company to fix what is clearly wrong. The assistant manager hasexplained this is not the first complaint received on this employee. If it mattered, you would fix it. Read more

I?m not sure what is going on with this establishment, we waited at the speaker for several minutes. Next we drove up to the... window and no one was there we waited a few minutes and someone came up to the window no headset. She proceeded to take ourorder and she seemed like no care was taken. Next after the order was taken, all of the employees looked like teenagersincluding the manager was running around the store play and acting childish. We started to get upset after seeing them runningaround like that, so we tried to get someone?s attention to get a refund. Someone finally came to the window and we asked forthe manager. I informed her that we would like a refund because of the in professional behavior and unacceptable service. Sheacted dumbfounded about what we witnessed , we decided to leave without a refund and take matters to corporate. Read more
