I have NEVER experienced a McDonald?s this terrible! WORST customer service. SLOW AS HELL. Always expect to wait at least 30... minutes in line. Food is never correct so always check before you leave. Employees are lazy and socialize in the back instead oftaking care of the customers. I have tried to be patient for my kids which is the ONLY reason we still come here but this isABSOLUTELY NO service, no authority, nobody ever running the team. Management is needed! Took 30 mins to get my order, employees seemed like they didn't care. Had friends coming in and talking instead of working.... Tried telling me I didn't order something that was on my receipt. This location use to be the best, now it's the worst. Won't beback. Read more

6am in the AM, ordered chicken.griddle. I was told there would be a small wait. Pullrd me to the side,waited 15 minutes and I... went inside to see why. the short manger saw me, and went to the freezer and put my chicken in the fryer. Why is your lobby closed at 6pm on a Sunday? This has happened multiple times now where your lobby is closed even though your... posted hours suggest otherwise. Either correct your posted hours to reflect this or fix whatever staffing issue is causing youto close your lobby early. Also, your employees seem overworked and stressed out; they need to either be paid better or you needto have more employees on shift. Probably both. Read more

Very rude employees. I had a big order that they got partially right. Big thing is is that two of the Quarter Pounders were cold... and partially cooked and blood was even on the buns. The fries were also hard and cold. Also ordered a couple of bottled waterswhich I did not receive and when I asked for them the girl at the counter even grabbed my receipt and never gave back the oldrecept or the bottles of water that I paid for. They even screwed up the replacement quarter pounders that I repeatedly said nocatchup or mustard on them. It also took 30 minutes to get the replacement quarter pounders. called the 1800 customer servicenumber on my way out the door. The screwed up and under cooked burgers was just an inconvenience but the rude behavior from thegirl at the counter was totally uncalled for. Read more

Would honestly give a zero if I could. I don't know who's got the night shift, but seriously, is it that hard for you to answer... the drive thru? Literally three people ahead of me got ignored including myself, I move to the next lane hoping that it's just atechnical difficulty and guess what? Two other people get taken care of in the other lane (the one I was just in) and was stillignored. I was waiting for 15 minutes for at least a response. I understand that these are difficult times and it can bedifficult to get people to work in the night shift, I get that you're tired and you'd prefer to be in bed and do whatever it isyou do with your life but for the love of God do you guys know what customer service is? An initiative, motive, or some kindresponse would've been very appreciated. Besides the fact that this place always messes up my orders, takes forever to take careof people, and now are negligent to their own customers, I'm beginning to wonder what's the point. This place was poorly managed. It took more then an hour and a half to get three people thru the drive-thru. Seriously?! What... the hell takes so long? And at the end of it all they forgot 2 of our burgers and our fries were cold. Went up to the door thankGod I caught someone leaving the store so I was about to get the food they forgot.
