We went there tonight to get food. My boyfriend got a Chipotle Chicken burrito of some sort and instantly after eating it... developed what we now know is food poisoning. He said it tasted old and cold. The food inside of it was wilted and he had fullynoticed it halfway through eating it. The girl was also very rude at the window. When we got to the window she gave a quickspeech about what type of payment they accepted but she said it so fast I couldn?t understand her. So I tried to reiterate whatshe had said and asked ?did you say you are only accepting card or cash right now?? And she said ?EXACT CHANGE or card.? Yellingit at me like I was wrong for asking. Then once we get up to the window all she did was look at me. Not giving me a total oranything. So I just gave her my card and once we got home with our food, everything was cold even after we live 5 min away.Typically I go back to places but she had already made it clear they no longer want our business anymore. I will not be goingback to this location because this is not the first situation we have dealt with a t this location. Read more
Customer service was terrible, messed up several items from our order and we ended up having to wait 15+ minutes for them to fix... the issue even though the place wasn't busy and the items should have been quick to replace so the few items that weren't messedup were cold by time the messed up items were fixed. The employees were all rude. Now I remember why I haven't had Taco Bell inover a year, our local Taco Bell is a nightmare. Read more
went through the drive thru tonight and was charged wrong for multiple things , girl at window was very rude to my mom about it... , was told to pull to the end of the drive thru to fix it so just went in for a refund and was told they won?t refund us if ourorder was ?over 10.00? . Manager was nice though . Got home and we were still missing 3 items . And any items we received werepoorly made and ripped off. They constantly forget items on DoorDash as well. Waste of 40 bucks . I normally go here and have a good experience but the past two times have been horrible. They raise their prices for what? So I... can eat a tortilla for lunch? I could have bought a pack of tortillas for that price. Read more
Ordered two medium mango freezes. Specifically because they're $1 between 2 and 5. When I got up to the window, she charged me... $6.91. When I brought it to her attention she tried to tell me I didn't specify, and because I said "medium" she thought I meantlarge, which makes no sense at all. I tried to tell her I wanted the deal, not to pay an extra $4, and had made sure to say thesize that's on the deal. She just acted like it was "too late" and eventually stopped responding and just handed me the drinkswithout a word. This is the second time I've been overcharged like this which was why I tried to be specific. When I got home Itried to call them and ask for a refund, and they claimed I would have to come back and return the drinks to get any kind ofrefund. Not one person involved cared about me as a customer. The only reason it's not one star is because generally their foodand drinks are made well. EDIT: Store manager contacted me and made it right. Sure, my food was hot. But the worker didnt speak a word while i paid at the window, gave me a dirty look the whole time and... THIS IS A CHEESY GORDITA CRUNCH! The pita bread is a doughy mess, not a hint of it being cooked. Chalupas come the same wayEVERY time i come to this location.
