Extremely slow. Waited 15 minutes on a grab and go order inside. They had only a couple cars in the drive through. On top of... that they got my order wrong which was only two items. Employees seemed quite miserable and did not care. Next time I will visitEdwardsville where at least I know it?s being actively managed by someone. Read more
I ONLY GAVE TWO STARS BECAUSE THE MANAGER WAS NICE AND FIXED THE ORDER. The order taker at 2pm today was less than thrilled to... take our order, she loudly sighed on the speaker when my fiancé decided he wanted chicken substituted for beef and guess whatwe got, BEEF! They're usually pretty fast and accurate but last time forgot part of my order. Of course I was already home before I discovered... it. Wont stop me from going back. Just need to check my order more closely. Read more
We ordered a few of the chicken sandwich tacos because I really enjoy them and the sauce on them. When we got home we opened... them all and there was like no sauce on them at all. Whats the point in spending money if the employees can't even put sauce onsomething that comes with it!? Read more
