I ordered a bacon and egg biscuit with crispy bacon. It's the same order every time I go. This is what I always get. I'm done... ordering from the Granite Falls location. The fries taste like they've been sitting under a heat lamp since yesterday, the baconis under cooked and the I have to eat the biscuit with a spoon to hold it together. Ridiculously disappointed. Food was hot and fresh, but from drive thru I watched the guy take my chicken to the front for the bacon.
25 min wait on breast at 6:54pm on a Tuesday night dinner. I asked why 25 minutes knowing it takes 15 min with average temp on a... fryer to cook. Their response was that they hadn't breaded it yet. I guess if you wait until you run out of breast beforebreading more would make it 25 minutes long...so you're right. Read more
Can?t even get a simple order right, they left out a large Bo-Round and didn?t even include a receipt so that I could come back... and make them correct the issue?. After ordering my order and having it repeated back to exactly what I said they still got it wrong. When I explained at the... window I'm missing things I ordered they looked at me like I was wrong so I repeated it back to them I ordered two drinks and asupreme combo and a side order of rice, the gentlemen I spoke to acted bothered that I was missing my other drink so he handedme two small drink of not what was order. I was so irritated I just left. Got to my food and and had the smallest chicken stripsI had ever seen I might have well ordered chicken nuggets, was missing the side of fries from the combo meal, got not utensilseven though rice and mashed potatoes were ordered, and again the wrong drinks. 1st review: Why would you give me two chicken strips on a biscuits in place of my cajan filet. Dinner ruined and even had to... wait on borounds. Could have given the correct biscuits there was plenty of time and no sauce. No bbq in store and couldn't evenget the honey mustard sauce in my bag. Another chance given month later: Missing food out of bag, rude staff, ringing up orderwrong, greasy food, NOT fresh despite 30 min wait, gave us wrong order to even begin with they took it back and still couldn'tgive us the right order! This is for the girl that fixed our order. I came in and ordered the 12 piece family meal. It comes with 12 pieces of chicken ... 3 large sides 6 biscuits and a half gallon of tea. Well she was fixing my order and I watched her at that moment put only 3biscuits the girl asked her how many biscuits she put in the box and she said 3. We both told her 6. Well fast forward to today.Me and my family had saved this meal for today because we were in the process of moving. I wished we had opened this yesterday.WE GOT ONLY 3 BISCUITS INSTEAD OF 6. WE GOT LARGE MASHED POTATOES NO GRAVEY! AND ONLY 9 PIECES OF CHICKEN INSTEAD OF 12!!!! IAM SO MAD WE PAID 35.00 DOLLARS FOR THIS. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR WORKERS TO PROPERLY GET ORDERS READY.
