Its a Mcdonald's. Their food is good, but not to eat all the time. They are in the middle if training people, so of course... something is bound to get messed up. Thankfully the manager was really kind and happily fixed my order, he dis everything hecould to make sure I was content since my order was a little messed up. I really appreciated it. Read more

Absolutely amazing staff! I cannot sing praise for the employees at this location enough. In today's environment, I'm often... hesitant to go out to eat due to lack of service or orders being incorrect almost every single time (Sometimes this is not theemployees fault, as many of them are still underpaid and work very long hours, just to have customers yell at them allday). However, I am always pleasantly surprised when I visit this location because the employees are always so kind andfriendly. Great customer service goes a long way. Read more
Wish I could give ZERO STARS! Absolutely AWFUL! Had a long hard day which is why we chose fast food for dinner to begin with. I... drove 10 minutes to this restaurant and sat in a long drive-thru line. Drove 10 minutes home only to discover that our 20 piecenuggets were completely missing from the bag. My daughter took one bite of her burger and it was completely RAW?as in cold meatand blood in the box. So I call and ask to speak to the manager and I explained both the problem of missing food and undercookedfood. She tells me to bring my receipt and the burger back up to the restaurant. Another 10 minutes to drive there and I handover my bag and receipt that specifically has burger PLAIN BACON AND CHEESE ONLY. She offers me a free fry for my trouble andabout 10 minutes later I leave with my new burger and my missing nuggets. They handed me someone else?s order while I waitedwhich was very interesting?I promptly handed it back. I drive ANOTHER 10 minutes home to open the burger and see that is COVEREDin raw onions and both ketchup and mustard! Threw it straight in the trash! I?m calling the owner tomorrow because her name andnumber were posted on the window. Which is pretty much where my $30 worth of food went?right out the window. Wendy assisted us through our order. She was amazing! Very sweet and funny even through a drive through order! She needs a... raise!! We went through on Friday night around midnight (12:30, 8/6/22) And even though it was late you?d really think it was 9am because she was full of energy! The Wendy?s nearby is closed at midnight instead of like most Wendy?s locations as well, soenjoy Ms. Wendy assisting you at McDonalds! The irony! Read more
A much better McDonald's than the one in Hickory service was fast got the right food went to the one on 127 in Viewmont got the... wrong stuff on my Quarter Pounder. However I will go to the one in Caldwell County faster service and very polite staff. Read more
