The staff is great at this place. Would have given it 5 stars if it was for the problem I had w my cheese sticks. This is 3... times in a row the cheese sticks were not edible due to being burnt. Everything else was great. My order was available. Theysaid it would be the wings were great, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Only reason they r not getting 5 stars isbecause the cheese sticks only had a super thin layer of cheese all 3 times and we're extremely burnt all 3 times. They need toadd alot more cheese and also calibrate the oven temperature and timer for them. I called the number listed to discuss theproblem but was answered by the call center not the store and was hung up on the first time. The 2nd time I waited over 30minsto be able to talk to the staff at the store about the order. The call center needs to be done away with. It just causes moreproblems and the cheese sticks need twice the amount of cheese to prevent them from having a think black burnt crispy layer ofgrass. Read more
Went there last night because a different pizza franchise had a line out the door and I figured that if I could call the... location and order a pizza, then by the time I drive there it'll be ready! Nope. No one answered the phone, and while I tried toplace an online order, the website kept throwing me error messages for not being able to add to my cart. Alright I thought,illjust go there and I'm okay waiting for a few minutes. I pull up, and I could see that they were pretty short staffed. Not theworkers fault, its just unfortunate. I was helped by a great guy, he was stressed, handling multiple jobs, but doing his best.When I completed my order he said it'll be 15 min...took a look behind him, and said: "okay, maybe a bit more than 15. The guyshave a very full board right now." Understandable. I waited....and waited....20 minutes pass and I'm told that they had torecook a pizza, due to an accident. I'm a little bothered, but mistakes happen ya know? Anyway, another few minutes go by and imtold that they are out of an ingredient for one of my pizzas. Well, it sucks but hey if it can't be helped, so be it. Anywayafter waiting a total of roughly 40 to 50 minutes I get my order of 2 medium pizzas and 8 wings. Grand total of 47dollars....this is where everything finally hits me hard. With everything that I've been through I've also been charged for themissing ingredient, and the price is absolutely ludicrous. I figured a medium pizza would be bigger than a Walmart sized redbaron pizza, but I was wrong. I figured it'd be quicker to go here and get a pizza, but I was horribly wrong. I figured that aSupreme pizza wouldn't be that expensive, but I was again wrong. The poor staff was definitely trying their best, and i wishthem all well, but as a franchise I just don't see myself coming to pizza hut again. We stopped at Pizza Hut tonight for dinner. Amber Ross was our waitress and she did an amazing job. She worked the whole floor,... cleaned the salad bar, and never let our drinks get low. I treated my children/grandchildren to dinner. I was very impressed with the food we received from the granite falls location. I... would have given 5 stars but the server was not very knowledgeable about proper waitressing etiquette, she stood at the end ofthe table and gave all 3 pizzas for us to pass along our tables when they should have been placed by her to keep from thecustomer being burnt or a pizza being dropped, there were 6 of us. Then 2 pizzas came out and the 3rd was delayed by about 10minutes and when I ask why I was told because there were other orders. Anybody who has ever worked in food service knows youalways try to assure everyone's food comes out at the same time for each group. And lastly we were all excited about the returnof the salad bar only to be let down, definitely not going to pay 5.99 with pizza order for a salad bar that look terrible andhardly any items to choose from. The pizza was less than what I expected. I had ordered a hand tossed and received a thin crust. The ham was questionable if it... was even ham as it had odd shape and flavor. The cheese was not up to pizza hut standards. Hadnt been there in a year. Probablywon't be back. Only one cashier to help the 5 customers standing there. I was 3rd in line and the wait was longer than expected. Guy making pizzas made the remark that he was not authorized to run the 2nd register that was there. Not a good experience atall. Read more
