I was disappointed with my grilled chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken that was on my sandwich was horrible, it was like... eating a piece of gristle. I paid 9.00 dollars for this horrible meal. It will be a long time before I go back to the Wendy's on321 near walmart. Read more

I made a mobile order about a week prior, and accidentally sent it to the wrong location. Yesterday, which would have been a... week after the order was placed, I came to this location to see if the order was still there. The mistake was my own, but to tryto correct it was taking more than 25 minutes waiting on the phone with customer service for the Wendy's app. I brought thiswhole scenario to the attention of Donna and then Jayson. They remade the order and on top of that gave me a free strawberryfrosty, which was heaven on a hot day! I've had some not so gracious encounters when it comes to customer service. This one wasabove and beyond and made my day so I wanted to share my experience. The discrepancy was with the app and that's where I wasfrustrated. I felt like I was transferred to another hold melody. It was the store that picked up the slack and showed they justwant to feed the customer. Read more
