Well, typical fast food experience nowadays. Supposed to include a free 6"sub with the order. Their IT didnt show it on their... end. Even though I had screenshot it, screw me. The kid with the hooped ring in his nose and purple hair told me I could callthe manager or owner. He forgot my other option, take my 2-3 times a week business elsewhere. We used to get great service here, but our last 2 trips were terrible. Last night, I attempted to order online (to avoid being... in line a long time). From the website, I was directed to choose a link to order. I tried twice without success. I called therestaurant to place the order. I was told that she would not take a phone order and that I had to order online. I asked if sheknew a way to order directly. She informed me that she didn't know anything about it. My husband had to go up there, place theorder and wait. There were only two employees. My husband said they looked overwhelmed. However the young man spent most ofthe 20+mins (that my husband waited) complaining about being behind. Placed order online so paid in advance. Order not ready when arrived to pick up. I ordered a pizza. In the beginning, pizzas... were excellent. Light sauce. Light cheese. Fresh veggies for toppings. It was delicious. Now they put too much sauce. Too muchcheese. And this time they completely left off my spinach. Really disappointing especially since fast food is no longer fast norinexpensive.
