Absolutely the friendliest bar you'll ever encounter. It's like Cheers, you walk in they know your name and drink. Shelby, the... best bar tender ever. Josh like a brother! Leah is the sweetest hometown waitress. The owners are everyone's second parents.Highly Recommended! Read more

Food was decent. Service was slow as they only had 1 guy running the bar and serving the food. Waited about 10 min to get... greeted and about 45 min to get food. Food was good but service was lacking. Read more

Had supper tonight, paid over $80.00 for 3 people for BBQ Ribs and we each had a ½ slab. We waited for close to an hour and... they were burned to a crisp. I needed a hammer and a chisel to get a piece off. I would never go back again. I told the waitressthe cook should be shot for serving this and she just ran off. Read more

Appetizers were decent, but nothing special. We (group of 10) were there an hour and 20 minutes. We ordered about 40 minutes in,... and had to cancel our entrees because they still weren?t out, and we were told it would be at least 15 minutes or longeryet. Overall I believe we would have had a great experience had there been another cook in the kitchen. We did still tip ourwaitress, considering it wasn?t her fault. Read more

They have the best bqq sandwich and taco. Homemade chips and salsa which are wonderful. Great deep fried desserts! The staff is... super friendly and the owner will tell you all about the things he has in the building and on the walls. Great place all around! Read more

If you want a local BBQ that hasn't lost its small town flavor, this is it! There is a delicacy - gigantic smoked chicken wings... which have been flashed fried. These are tender and the flavor is reminiscent of a fine smoked oyster. There is simply nothingto compare it too. Their Mac and Cheese is an explosion of flavors. We had the pulled pork sandwich. Massive with an amazing, dark, BBQ sauce and intense flavor. If you want beef brisket, you have to wait until 6pm. We couldn't? but can imagine it isjust as wonderful. They start it at 4am! If you are on M-37 I highly recommend Old Iron. Read more
