If I could give less than a 1 star I would. We ordered what I thought was a simple order, but I guess not. My drink was not made... correctly, I asked for a frozen coffee, I got a frozen hot chocolate instead. The lady made me a new drink, my boyfriend askedfor a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese... He got a plain bagel toasted and soaked in butter! Common sense people! Just stopped in, at 5:45 pm at the Dunkin in Grantham, for a frozen coffee and was told that they had put up the machine for the... night so they wouldn't make me one. It was an hour and 15 minutes before they closed and it was dead. They couldn't clean itagain? Absolutely ridiculous....it's a large blender...not like it is difficult to clean. I think the on the go app has ruined Dunkin donuts. Go in there and nobody in line, the one staff member is working on mobile... orders and the person in store waiting to order ends up having to wait. Either ditch the app or get more staff. Read more
