If I could give less than a 1 star I would. We ordered what I thought was a simple order, but I guess not. My drink was not made... correctly, I asked for a frozen coffee, I got a frozen hot chocolate instead. The lady made me a new drink, my boyfriend askedfor a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese... He got a plain bagel toasted and soaked in butter! Common sense people! Just stopped in, at 5:45 pm at the Dunkin in Grantham, for a frozen coffee and was told that they had put up the machine for the... night so they wouldn't make me one. It was an hour and 15 minutes before they closed and it was dead. They couldn't clean itagain? Absolutely ridiculous....it's a large blender...not like it is difficult to clean. It even had ice in it! I wouldunderstand if it was close to closing time but it wasn't. Read more

I think the on the go app has ruined Dunkin donuts. Go in there and nobody in line, the one staff member is working on mobile... orders and the person in store waiting to order ends up having to wait. Either ditch the app or get more staff. Read more
True Story , walked into a Dunkin Donut on way from snowboarding the other day . Person behind counter standing by cash register... . I said ? hello how are you doing today ? the employee didn?t answer nor ask for our order , just stood there . I ask again Hihow are you doing today . This time Employee stated ?Iam not obligated to answer that ? I then stated Iam doing great and movedon . I was in early yesterday. There was a young lady there by herself. She did an amazing job (like always) but she was literally... the only one working. She was not daunted by the tasks or by what the day might have been, but rather smiled and said "I've gotthis." This morning she was accompanied by another associate. I asked how it went, she replied it went very well. I should alsomention that, although I'm new to the area, she has already learned my order. Great Job! Read more

Busy place but the wait was manageable Very pleasant staff at the windows these days. It made me glad I stopped.
