Slowest Dairy Queen ever. Took 30 minutes to get 1 small blizzard. Not sure why they're called "fast food." Paid $6 for a small... oreo blizzard with cookie dough. Cookie dough tasted freezer burnt. Was hands down the worst DQ experience I have ever had. Ifyou're driving through, I would highly recommend NOT stopping here. Bought 4 piece chicken basket. It came with 3 nice pieces and one crumb that I guess they thought would qualify as a strip. It... couldn't even pass as being a nugget. Could've broke a tooth on how hard the toast was. But didn't try it because it looked asthough someone had already taken a bite. Ordered country gravy and was given a thimble sized portion in the bottom of a cup. When things are as expensive as they are your want to get what your are actually paying for. It looks as though they are tryingto cut corners to better profit themselves. Terrible! Read more
Both business need more customer service skills. To many YOUNG kiddos running businesses. Very slow service at dairy queen. My... so called slush melted a waste of 3 bucks. And the fries we ordered were cold. 2nd attempt to try their service. Not returning.Sorry. Read more
Nice place. Freindly employees. It is alot better then the one in Bluewater in my opinion although the Bluewater one has a... bigger menu. I do prefer this one alot more than the other one. Got myself a ice cream cake for my bday, yes I'm grown buthaven't had one in probably 15 years. Place is always clean and even the other customers always look happy. Read more
Great staff good food but needs some cleaning but overall good service
2nd visit. Staff is courteous, order was correct and food is correct and well prepared. Cleanliness is an issue. All tables and... seating areas are dirty. Floor is dirty and sticky. Stayed for almost an hour and didn?t observe any staff member cleaning thedining area. Ice seemed fine, no chlorine issue. Air temp is comfortable. Read more
Everything else tasted good, but their ice in our drinks tasted like chlorine. And the ice was cloudy. Really gross. I hope they... get to taste their own. Taste like Waterhoes water. That fountain water. Read more
Got 5 meals with drinks and fry?s. Didn?t get toast in one of my chicken meals 2 of our burgers were dry and tasted like... cardboard super sad was really looking forward to this dinner! Not sure if I?ll go back Read more
