On the 15th, I visited this location at approximately 8:15pm, as this is one of the only restaurants open and I must say that... the staff at this location were top notch. The staff here, especially Kiana restored my faith in Denny's. Not only was my foodcorrect but I didn't have to wait long for it and it was delicious. Hats off to the kitchen staff/cooks because I really enjoyedmy meal. I really loved how courteous the staff was to each other as well, saying please and thank you when asking for updateson the food. We went to this Dennys as we were staying overnight in the lot of Walmart right next door (we were traveling through the area),... therefore! We are not from the area. But Dennys is normally an easy win for a family night to eat out. So I'd give 5 stars if itwas for the food cause the food was actually really good and thankfully not bad with how long it took. That's where the 3 starscome in. We arrived at about 7:15 and our food didn't get to us until about 8:30! Yes. It took more than a hour. We are prettychill people so we didn't complain, but the waitress didn't even mention anything in regards to it taking a long time causenormally we would have receieved an update or even a I'm sorry for the wait..something, but nothing.. I would give a 5 star for my server. But the taters were cold, salmon was overcooked and salty. The hostess who seated us wasn't... very pleasant, and only brought 1 water while my wife was in the restroom. Read more
Ate there the morning after the Fire and Ice Rally in Grants NM. For as busy as it was. We got served pretty quickly and really... never had to ask for refills on our coffee. Food was great also. Read more
We stayed in Grants overnight on a road trip and ate here for dinner when it was our only option besides Taco Bell drive... through. It was surprisingly good - not the blah Denny?s we are accustomed to at home. AMAZING service, friendly staff and veryclean. When our hotel?s complimentary breakfast buffet was out of juice and pancakes, it was an easy decision to return toDenny?s for breakfast. We were happy to see our two servers from dinner again. An excellent Denny's, with a super waitress who handled the entire floor with speed and amazing accuracy. So many restaurants... are struggling right now, June 2021, and cannot get enough help, let alone excellent help. I complimented her on her skill andleft her a $30 tip. I love to reward excellence and tipping a restaurant server is an instant way to make a person's day. Read more
Absolutely a joke. 3 servers and 5 duo tables at 9pm and all the staff is in the back shooting the breeze cussing and not being... attentive to the tables.
