The entire restaurant was absolutely filthy. From the sticky floors, to every table being filthy. The front counter was... sticky, the area with the soft drinks was absolutely disgusting, covered in soda and sauces. None of the sauces were refilled,they were also out of napkins and lids. The floor behind the counter was also filled with dropped food and trash. The place wasnot busy, so no excuse for things not being clean, plus both my to go orders were wrong. Sadly will not be back. I'll have to say where Arby's usually gets five stars they're a great restaurant but when you find out that you only have one... employee to do everybody's job it pours out into the customer I went in yesterday ordered a French dip like I did the day beforeand only no cheese was on it it was cold it wasn't cooked I ordered a cherry turnover it wasn't cooked and it was Apple notcherry. I didn't have a choice of french fries curly or crinkle which I would have gotten crinkle cut it was just terrible Iwon't be back for a while so sorry. Read more

Grandson wanted Arby's for lunch at about 11:40. While he was placing his order I went to the restroom. The place was a mess... with toilet paper and paper towels on the floor. The handicap stall was locked, but there was no " out of order sign". The smallstalls lock is broken. I tried to report it to a female employee, Shelby, first about the handicap stall. Before I could finish,she interrupted me to say the small stall was working. I then told her that stalls lock was broken. She said she couldn't doanything about it and walked away to tend to her young child in the lobby. The website Arby's owner told me to comment on afterseeing that I only gave 1 star review is "unavailable", so I wrote it here. Read more

Service was a tad slow for an order of just 4 regular roast beef sandwiches to go from the counter. They seemed more focused on... drive thru. However, there is always a line there. It's the reason I went in and that my order was basic. It appeared to havebeen a mad rush earlier as the floor behind the counter near the fryer was seriously littered with food. Read more

The folks at the window just seem unhappy. The curly fries were cold, and the wait at the drive thru was just too long. I get... it, short staffed and I feel for ya. I'd suggest opening up the lobby to Uber eats and Door Dash as a way to cut down forcustomers in drive thru, and just smile and be friendly. Read more

Well I got into the drive through line and after it taking a solid 40 minutes to go 4 cars to get to the speaker I'm told their... computer is down and they can't take orders. The car 2 ahead of me got food as i saw them get the bag at the window. Staff nevereven bothered to come out and let us know what was going on so they managed to wastes several people's time by letting us staywaiting in the line... it was out to the street when they started telling people they couldn't take orders and still only onceyou got to the speaker. The gentleman working register was real friendly greeted you with a smile and kindness. We ordered and it was ready lightning... fast. If you haven't had potato cakes I highly recommend them. They are so yummy lol. The restaurant was real clean includingthe kitchen. Read more
