It feels a little weird to be giving a fast food restaurant a review, and weirder still having nothing but nice things to say.... It was clean, fast, cost-effective, and above all the nice young man behind the counter was delightfully personable andbubbly...but in a I'm-genuinely-happy-to-be-here kind of way, not a my-manager-is-watching-omg-please-don't-start-anything kindof way. The last three times I've been here they don't have white rice. I don't understand how they can run out so often, they need to... train their staff to be more competent or upgrade their equipment. Read more

Gave me a small order of teriyaki chicken and a heap of rice, went in side from drive thru and told the young man at the... counter. He said" yeah i could fix that" then gave me the hole order again!???? i was in shock, but I was very thankful also!Thank you so much you made my day!!!! Read more

Grants Pass Panda Express is the best. The staff work exceptionaly hard, everything we have had is yummy, and we don't get sick... . This restaurant has always been good to us. Read more

They are always out of something and the food isn't great but it's fast food, not authentic asian food. Being such, it's not... actually the worst of it's class. Though i have gotten sick there one time out of several times I've been there. I don't thinkit's the employee's fault. They keep it pretty clean in there and are friendly and prompt. I hope they get paid well to havesuch good attitudes with customers. Read more

Pretty bad tasting spring roll today. The big surprise is they have no napkins! I suggested someone cross the parking lot to... Safeway and buy some. How can you operate a restaurant with no napkins. That's gross. In response to my suggestion the girl atthe register said "no". No apology, no acknowledgement of this large shortcoming of standard service. As I was about to postthis, they did exactly as I suggested. Not because the girl at the register responded to my request, but that someone else tookcare of it. Read more
