First and last time ordering here. I live close by and decided to try for the first time. Had my order taken on the phone by a... foreign person who is not at the location I called. They said 15 min to pick up and denied me ordering a side of peppers becausethey claimed to be ?out?. I arrive 15 min later and they say I have a 15 min wait because my pizza hasnt even begun to be made.I kindly wait 15 MORE minutes in my car. When I go back in I ask about the ordering process because the person who lied aboutpick up time is clearly not in the local store and they tell me it?s all corporate?s fault and Chicago takes their orders andhas no idea when they are behind in orders. They give ME an attitude like it?s MY fault they outsource their ordering to anotherstate or country! I see there is a pepper in my box? which I was told was not available for order on my pizza and go back to askfor a side. The girl gives me the biggest attitude and tells me they CHARGE for peppers and are running low? with all the eyerolls like they are SO bothered by having to WORK. I explain I tried to order and pay for them on the phone but was denied. Shepacks them up and hands them to me with an eye roll and mumbling under her breath at me and I tell her while I?m sorry its notHER fault? its not MINE either so she should take her attitude else where. The workers hate their job and you too? so I suggestavoiding this place and opting for ANY of the MANY small businesses who actually appreciate customers and not big chains whohire miserable people who are annoyed that you BOTHERED them! Everything was ok tasting but we opened our pizza box and our pizza wasn't even cut. So when you order make sure to specify you... want ur pizza cut. Read more
Picked up pizza for family while we were visiting from out of town. The reliability of this pizza was just as expected. The... only reason I gave 3 stars was there was some sort of miscommunication between staff as we arrived. A delivery driver had leftwith our food, but promptly returned withing minutes. I witnessed the bickering between staff over the miscommunication, which Iotherwise would have overlooked having seen how busy they were. Read more
I am delivering this 1 star rating simply because they reduced the range they could deliver leaving us literally a block outside... of it. They where our go to pizza delivery now we have to buy over priced abbys. I would have been happy to accept a pro ratedfee if that's what it comes to but after all these years shrinking your zone like that has really let us down. Read more
