If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. The reps are only friendly with their regulars, and made it pretty obvious they... didn?t want to help us but only did because they had to. Apart from the attitude given towards us, trying to get any help afterour order was complete was a joke. Both reps were staying in the back and after about 10 minutes we finally received what wewere asking for. If you aren?t one of their regulars try to refrain from coming to this location. Also would like to mentionthe cleanliness of the store. The floor has VISIBLE dirt to the point you can make out shoe prints. Multiple tables had not beenwiped down, and the trash cans were full. Went their today and the girls that were working were both very argumentative about how I wanted MY sandwich and wouldn't let me... make it a melt or pay for the cheese, horrible place to eat my sandwich was not even toasted cheese wasn't melted and thecustomer service sucked. Read more
1st off let me start by saying if I could give less than one Star I would. I ordered online through the Subway app order was... supposed to done in 15 minutes. I received the order is ready signal on the app and went to the store.. When I got there theyhadn't even started the sandwiches yet. When I asked them why the app indicated that it was ready all I got was excuses insteadof an answer. Plus they made me the wrong dang sandwich Never again. Read more
Staff. More. People. Every time I go here the place is always so busy, the SOLO employee just hanging on for dear life is... overwhelmed and doing what they can to keep the place together. It hasn't been addressed. I feel really bad for the employeesworking here (and the other locations owned by the same feller in the area) as it's the same story with a different face almostevery time. Respect your employees, the bad reputation is a direct reflection of leadership shortcomings. This is fixable. Read more
Decent sandwiches and wraps for "fast food". I like that they are open until 10 for the late night "healthier" option dinners... when you're too tired from work to cook. The employees are generally nice, a few times we have had a great employee who laughsand jokes with you. Allen Creek center Subway is a good decent joint to grab that yummy hit-the-spot sandwhich!! While the food is usually very good, I have made several orders online that I?ve been told are ready, only to walk into the... store to find they haven?t even started my food. Today was twice in a row, last time I couldn?t wait and they had to refund meso I left upset and hungry. Today the gentleman that went to look for my order had printed it, set it on the counter, and forgotabout it. They got to my sandwich quickly but when I got home with it, there?s none of the sauce I ordered. I?m sorry, but noone wants to eat a pile of vegetables on dry bread. I loved the Turkey bacon avocado wrap I had on a spinach wrap. The lady that prepared it was so nice to me and very polite. The... place wasn't very busy and she was very quick about making the sandwiches. She very good about her work and very personable toher customers and that what makes a good employee. Read more
