Let's just say I was not completely happy with my 6-in sub didn't seem like you know there was any meat on it and the cheese was... parsed at the best and there was wilted as you can see in the pictures wilted lettuce in the sandwich with somebody wasn'tpaying attention or something cuz normally you know Subway is has fresh stuff and the new advertising just doesn't go along withthis 6-in sub so I took a copy of the receipt so the time stamp and everything is there and maybe you could ask your staffpeople to pay a little bit more tension but I gave it three stars cuz like I said you know normally once I picked it all off youknow and destroyed the sandwich but that was my choice Read more

This is the only Subway around that gets orders done in a timely manner, they are also very polite and friendly. Nice work.

First time writing g a review by how awful my experience was here. I was visiting here in Grants Pass, and pulled into this... subway since I was hungry & have been driving for some time. Was greeted with rude employees, which doesn?t really bother mesince I also work in this field, so I semi-understand, and brush it off. They continue to be rude & have an attitude, throwingmy ingredients onto my sandwich carelessly, throwing it into the bag, and scoffing, making it extremely clear that they didn?twanna be there & don?t have a care in the world. When I was checking out, I asked the female who was working the register whatthey price was for a medium drink, and she proceeded to mutter under her breath some rude remark, and told me the price. Took meaback by how disrespectful they were. Won?t be returning here again. Read more

So bad. What a waste of time. Wow. Okay I am coming from out of town just stopping through for a ?quick? bite for the kids. So I... guess they need a new manager. Or something. But they told me they didn?t have one or anyone I could talk to and complain. Shesaid that she was the only one there not training. So schedule issues and they were not able to manage their time and provideany service. They basically said we are super busy and they can?t take my order. No one had competences. that?s not okay whenit?s a franchise. It was the worst most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a subway. Apparently everyone working hadto work on the same sandwich. ???? that?s not even going to make enough to pay their wage. Read more

Nice place, even has a drive through. It's fairly large for a subway, with a good sized dining room. Food was well made and... service was good with nice staff. Only the tomatoes didn't look too well, but I generally don't like the look of tomatoes atthese kinds of food joints sadly. I'm picky about my tomatoes, ^^. Overall still good Read more

The workers did complain (with headsets on) about "Oh, why can't they come inside?" But, it was made up for with some of the... best vegetable wraps I have had. The drive through is a good addition, but if it is hard to work, there may be training needed. Read more

I will never go there again. The food was being prepared in a counter that wasn't cleaned in between sandwiches. The bins of... food had stuff from other bins in them. It wasn't fresh,very unclean. Supervisor was rude. I take the food handlers test everyyear I know what is expected. This was at one time a favorite place to eat. No longer. I will go across town to the other subwayon angess. I went to this store with my dad, who is a little older and can?t hear well. When Lily was ringing us up she was asking him... questions and he wasn?t hearing her correctly so she walked away in the middle of it muttering about how she can?t stand peoplewho don?t listen, and kept going. Then from there on out it was passive aggressiveness for the rest of the checkout. If youcan?t treat a person like a human being maybe you should not work around people. It?s not like it was busy we were the onlyperson in the store. The other lady that put our sandwiches together was just fine. Talk about a bad experience that ruined therest of my day.
