Walked up to the lobby door it was closed no sign. I called the store and was told by the manager that they were a bit... understaffed and that they will put a sign at the door in moments. I then told the manager that I was very glad to hear thatbecause there was a older couple that went to the front door and couldn't get in and I felt bad for them. The manager was veryunderstanding and even gave me a coupon for two free tacos at which I informed her I wanted to try and give these to the oldercouple if they're still there...Then she gave me two more for me. They got two people's order wrong before me, made me wait 20 min. And then when I got my food it was wrong too, but disguised... to look like the right tacos so I didn't notice until I got home. I couldn't eat the un edible garbage they gave instead butcouldn't go back to fix it. I wasted the last $12 i have until payday, and now I won't have enough food to last. The worst tacobell I've ever been too sadly. Went in and every table that was open which was all but three were dirty. Taco... sauces spread around the floor the floor was dirty. Mtn Dew and Pepsi were both gross, No ice in one of the machines had to havea pin code for the bathrooms. It's fast food I know but wow come on. Read more
I know it's fast food and you get what you pay for, but I don't get how someone could be so lazy as to put nacho fries and tacos... upside-down in the bag. Everything spilt. My bad for not checking. Worst taco bell experience ever!! Sat in lobby for 20 minutes waiting on our food. Was hoping since we waited so long it would... be good. Absolutely wrong????. Food was gross????. No meat all lettuce chalupa. Missing a few items. No ice in machines. Sodawas warm. Very obvious it was broken. But still in service ???? I'm thinking the young employees smoking weed in a car inparking lot could be a reason as to the sloth services ????. Read more
About 6 cars were in the drive through we got in line and it took over half an hour. Since it was cold out we had our car... running spent about $5 in gas, and $18 for 2 items for each of us. Big waste of money and not fast for fast food. Read more
