Worse service I have ever had at any Wendy's I've been to. Took 10 minutes to place my order with very few customers in the... restaurant and didn't have anyone in front of me in order line. After waiting 15 more minutes for my order and still no food Iwent up to counter to see why it was taking so long. Was told they must have given it to someone else by mistake. I then askedfor refund which took around another 5 minutes for the manager to show up and return my money. Total amount of waisted time 30minutes! Was hearing a lot of complaints from other customers on service being so slow and wrong orders so I wasn't the only oneto receive extremely poor service and I repeat the restaurant wasn't very busy since it was after 1:30 pm. I advise to stay awayfrom this Wendy's till they retrain their employees. Went to Burger King and no wait to place order and had my food in under 5minutes. . Read more

Avoid this location if you can help it. Horrible service. Took forever and then they gave us the wrong order. When I got my... fries they weren?t hot like I asked for. The half asleep guy behind the counter argued with me they water right out of thefryer. They weren?t cause I watched him. There are at least sixty flies in the place or more. Everyone was disgusted andstating they won?t be back. That includes us. All this place needs is better management. Get rid of the current manager whoobviously isn?t training or overseeing anything. I had an apple pecan salad- they didn't have grilled chicken ready but said they could cook it if I wanted to wait 10 minutes,... or I could get classic or spicy chicken. The classic chicken was great. Pecans came in a bag even though pecan is in the name ofthe salad, interesting. The inside of the store was clean but the bathrooms are locked behind a keypad lmao. I've seen somelocked gas stations but never in a fast food. The employee didn't know the bathroom codes. No ketchup or napkins available inthe condiments section either. Read more

Food is still great. However the amount of time to get food or service has become ridiculous. No one should sit in a drive... through for 45 minutes or wait for a mobile order for 30 in the store. While customers consistently leave because they aren'tbeing served. Read more

I had to take my daughter to her orthodontist appointment in GP that day and we live in CP. She loves Wendy?s and so I wanted to... treat her. The drive thru was slow. It took 15 mins waiting in line to order and another 10 to receive it. They usually are abit slower but never this slow. We used to live in GP and would go there a lot. The food was perfect but the waiting is insane. Read more

Worst experience from a Wendys, ever. Waited for 10 minutes before being allowed to place my order, at the front counter. Drink... machine had nothing but diet soda, and fizzy water.. Then waited 15 minutes for cold fries, a slab of leather called a beefpatty with the absolute minimal amount of sauce, and the slimiest lettuce I have ever had in my life. Will never return to thislocation. Plenty of other fast food in Grants Pass. Save your money, and appetite. Read more

We stopped at Wendy's on our way to the Redwoods yesterday. It was the worse service I have ever experienced with any fast food... establishment. We had to wait 25 minutes for our food in the lobby. No one told us upfront that the wait would be so longotherwise we would have went elsewhere. Needless to say, I was ticked and upon receiving our food, my order didn't comecomplete. I didn't say anything because I knew it would take additional time that I didn't have. Read more

I just went in the drive thru. We ordered 2 4for4 meals with baonator fries. We get our order it had 2 Jr bacon cheese burgers... 2 medium fries and 2 baonator fires. No 4 peicr chicken nuggets. So I called them because you can't walk into the store rightnow. They expected me to go back through the drive thru and wait another 30 or more minutes. They where to lazy to walk out myitems considering it was THEIR mistake. So I said well can I at least get some compensation considering I would have to wait inline again and the lady on the phone hung up on me and refused to answer the phone. I will be speaking to the store Managertomorrow morning! Read more
