Love the self-ordering kiosk. Food is hot and fresh, which is probably the reason there is about a five to ten-minute wait when... ordering and their main focus is on the drive-thru window. The Drink counter is always messy, and condiments not providedunless asked for. Read more

Worst place to eat , I?ve found in 45 years. Unfortunately I live in pamlico county and now days not many choices here but I?d... rather cook or starve than to eat at this McDonald?s. Be prepared for order to be incorrect . I?ve had one order correct out of9 times and the manager and employees do not care. After not eating here for mare than 2 months , I decided to give them anothertry this morning before work and bam. Wrong order again and then while trying to get what I paid for . I?m giving it 4 based off of my experiences in the past when it first opened. I?m not sure what?s going on, but the last year or... so it?s been declining fast. Just the few times I go to grab my kids something there is always missing items or it?s wrong (notexaggerating). Sometimes when I briefly pause to read the screen it?s ?pull forward please?, when I?m not even finishedordering. The pause is for them to finish entering everything. Read more
Service is usually pretty fast and most of the employees are friendly, helpful, and informative. The only real issue I have with... this particular Mc Donalds is the milkshake machine is always broken and they always say they're out of the sundaes or have theSundays with no fudge or no nuts. Love McDonald's and love the fact Pamlico County has one. However our order is offer either missing something or it's pull ahead... and wait only to get cold fries or not have our sauces for nuggets. It seems it's always something. The people are friendly butthat don't make up for the fact that you have to deal with not getting everything you ordered or that you have to wait only tonot be rewarded with all of your food being hot. The place was clean, staff was friendly, food as expected. It is a good McDonald's to visit.
