I love Arby?s but this location is sloppy and honestly felt like I wasted my money after spending $15 dollars just for myself to... eat. The beef and cheddar was sloppy and had more cheddar on the outside of my sandwich then on the inside and the meet was noteven in the sandwich but wrapped up in a ball next to my bread I can?t even comprehend how you mess up that bad unless it?s doneon purpose I also got fish that was missing half the breading and almost burnt to a crisp. I came from IL and was hungry. Filled truck and walked in to Arby's. Asked for vege options and nice guys asked Sara. Sara comes... up and suggested to fix us a vege deal. The sandwich turned out great ???? better than any other vegan sandwich I have eaten ina while. Rude staff everytime I go there and never fails they mess up my order every time. I asked for ketchup once and the lady hands me... a handful with sticky stuff all over the packets, which was disgusting and very unsanitary and then she got rude with me when Iasked for different ketchup packets. They need to hire a whole new crew, no body that works there wants to do their job rightand all have attitudes with the customers. Read more
