Visited this business because of a motor vehicle accident. Upon entering the store we were greeted by the cashier Mario, where... he offered the lounge area for us to wait for family to pick us up. It's A Secret App wasn't working! Ok fine I'll use the card reader! Card reader doesn't work! Haft to go inside to start pump.... ordinary not a problem here it's up a flight of stairs! Inside I tell the cashier I need tractor and refer fuel on pump 20.Already frustrated she says diesel. Um I'm pretty sure that's a diesel pump why does gasoline come out of it. She authorizesTractor Refer Def. No lets start over just Tractor and Refer Fuel. Back down the stairs put the main pump handle in tank andstart pumping walk around to stick pump handle in right side tank. Everything looks fine master pump done walk to satellite pumpto finish pumping. I discovered It wasn't pumping the usual 30 to 60 gallons a minute instead maybe 10 gallons an hour. Seriousas a heart attack! Anyway I walk around to grab my phone I want a picture for Pilot by the time I walk around to take a pictureof the trickle coming out there pump decided I wasn't getting enough fuel and shut the pump off. To fill my tanks all the way Iwould have had to drive around get back in line for another pump. Then climb back up the stairs stand in line there to authorizepumps again back down stairs to pump the fuel I needed. That's not gonna happen. What should have taken 10 minutes to get 125gallons of fuel instead cost me 28 minutes to get 45 gallons. So then I guess a manager came out and said you look mad and I'mlike really what gave you the 1st clue. I explained I don't have time to waste trying to get fuel. I already lost a half hournow I haft to fuel again somewhere else again today. 45 gallons might get me 300 miles. Look usually this is a great truck stopbut typical Pilot they don't like to fix things. Closing a bad pump would have saved me and them a lot of headaches instead ItWas A Secret. Read more
I love going to this Pilot location. They have such an amazing selection of just about everything. The only thing I wish they... had more of is grocery type items, especially coffee creamers. The souvenir selection is amazing. The staff on the coupletimes I have been there have always been so nice, friendly and helpful. We will certainly visit there again very soon. Read more
Well I couldn't help noticed the employees wearing shirts that said proudly serving drivers, let me tell you that they seem to... take that to heart, everyone in their staff was polite and friendly, and I also told him that we appreciate your service aswell!!! Read more
What a fabulous spot to not only stop for gas, clean bathrooms, cold spring water, hot grind-to-brew organic coffee (!!!) but... also to grab a quick nap and gorgeous 360 views of a beautiful sunrise! Not to mention the nice landscaping with lots of prettyflowers! Read more
Decent bathrooms. Large selection of items - adaptors, phone charges, headphones, snacks, drinks, coffee, a sitting area to... watch TV, laundry machines, and an Arby's. Overall a really good place to stop for gas, to use the bathroom, or pick upsupplies. Read more
Employees we're super nice and helpful. Store is extremely nice ,clean and organized. Shelves fully stock .Restrooms and showers... clean also. They have a nice Arby's there too. I hope you guy's see that American Flag flying inside the store. Lol! Read more
