For being one of the only burger joints in Grantsville, I expected a better overall experience. Overall, the burger and fries... were average at best. We ordered a Blue Burger and Jr Bacon Cheeseburger combo, large. Total was $19 and they handed me a medium drink. I asked... "shouldn't this be large?" They told me I paid for medium. Wow. $19 for one medium combo meal and another burger? I definitelysaid large, but whatever. Don't roll your windows down or the cloud of flies around the window will now be inside your vehicle.We drive home directly and open our burgers. TWO COLD BURGERS. Yes, cold. Stopped by for lunch and got the grilled cheese and fried chicken sandwich meals. The fires here are amazing and the sandwiches... were good although it felt as though the chicken Pattie’s weren’t made fresh in house. The lemonade was also okay here.Service is great; they were kind and patient while we figured out what we wanted to eat. Read more
The food is good, but the prices are WAY too high. I'd say at least 50%. Also, they ask for a tip at the counter. I'm not... tipping anyone for doing their normal job. Above and beyond service is worth a tip. Read more
Well the main reason we like it there was for the onion rings. They changed them. So disappointing and we waited in the drive... thru at the window starting at our bag for 10 minutes. Have of the food was barely cooked. Never going back. Twice in a row Read more
American Burger has improved since opening up in a new location. I ordered online a while back and it was pretty quick. It would... have been super quick but I ended up chatting a bit with the cashier, who honestly made my day. From what I have seen, the staffis super friendly, clean, and efficient. The food is a bit pricey but honestly, it's pretty worth it. I recommend getting ashake and giving the veggie burger a try. Read more
First time at new location and very disappointed. I ordered a Jr. Burger, onion rings, and big garden salad. Burger and rings... were fine. Put the salad in fridge for lunch today. If you look closely, by the tomatoes, that's food mold growing in just oneday. The quality used to be much better, but something has changed. I likely will not be returning. Read more
The burgers are great. But their French fries are some of the best anywhere around....and they have zucchini fries!!!!! 5 star... zucchini fries ????. They are short staffed but the staff was working hard to keep up with dine in and drive through. Highlyrecommend if you are driving through Grantsville. Read more
